Gotta go and walk and walk. Take the trails and explore. Surprise after surprise. Walk around reservoir a must. It is most definitely a wonderful oasis among towering buildings and honking cars.

Great memorial, very moving to see all the names. It was clean and not too busy during our visit. We didn’t go into the museum, but the memorial itself is worth seeing.

We came by for the day to look around. It was my first time but my friends had been here before. The lines for the tickets was very long so we ended up just buying the tickets online there and it was a lot faster. It was handy that they had free Wifi.
After getting the tickets in the email, we were able to just head in to the first display. There are multiple levels of things to see and the museum is segregated into different areas. This can make planning for going through the museum easier. I ended up just going floor by floor and seeing what was there.
With all the myriad of things to see, I really enjoyed the Egyptian exhibits particularly the Temple of Dendur, which was inside a huge interior space. The Greek and Roman sculptures were also quite fascinating, particularly the intricate ones carved in stone. The war area with weapons and armor was also interesting.
The paintings were located on the top floor and the main stairway from the atrium leads directly to it. The numbered room helps with traversing the enormous gallery. There were so many different paintings in the area and I really enjoyed the nature scenes. The ginormous paintings were also quite impressive and nice to look at.
It is very hard to see and admire everything in a day. I managed to see most things but I wasn't able to spend much time to take in the displays. It helped that I was there on a Friday and it was open later. I had to leave "early" (1730) for another event but otherwise might have been able to see everything in the day. Definitely, a must-do in New York and can be done over several days to make it less hectic.

The observation deck at Rockefeller Center is an amazing spot with an incredible view of New York City. From the top, you can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the city, including famous landmarks like Central Park, the Empire State Building, and the Statue of Liberty. The atmosphere is special – there are great facilities for taking beautiful photos and enjoying the view at any time of day. The staff is friendly, and the lines move quickly. This is one of the best places in New York to take in the city from above, and I highly recommend visiting it!

We weren’t sure that we would visit the island but I am so glad we did as it was one of the best experiences in NYC. Whilst it was cold and very windy the views were excellent. Make sure you wrap up warm and visit the gift shop on the island as it is reasonably priced. Love this visit and we would recommend.

We first stopped by after a Broadway Show since the lights were visible from down the road. The area is an experience with lots of lights everywhere. There are billboards all around the area all with different pictures and messages.
When you take a closer look, there are plenty of restaurants and shops located everywhere. There were also quite a few performers as well as people selling items or photos.
I also did stop by during the day and it was also quite an experience but just not as bright. There were quite a lot of people moving in all directions so it can be a bit cramped at times, particularly when waiting for the lights to cross the street. I also got lucky seeing it snow in the area.
I thought it was quite an interesting place to stop by and look around. Some stores can get so busy that there is a line outside though.

Great tour full of fun facts. John DeSanto was a great knowledgeable tour guide full of fun facts. Even as a native New Yorker I loved the tour!

Walking across the Brooklyn Bridge is a fantastic experience with amazing views of the NYC skyline. It’s a great way to take in the city, whether you’re heading to Brooklyn or Manhattan.

However, it can get very windy, especially in colder weather, so be sure to dress warmly if you’re visiting in winter. Despite the chill, the views and overall experience make it well worth the walk!

If i was rich, I’d live there. Superb? I felt as if Fred Astaire were on my arm, or Gene Kelly dancing me down the street—just dancing, or singing in the rain.

I made the mistake of visiting on a weekend, which meant the museum was insanely packed even in January. There were too many noisy children and I think they overfilled the museum. The exhibits themselves though, I can’t fault. Many interesting galleries. A highlight is the gems and minerals exhibit

Amazing way of seeing the Statue of Liberty without paying to see it. It was really quick and easy getting onto the ferry and we had a brilliant view from either side of the boat. On the way to Staten Island sit on the right side of the boat to see the Statue of Liberty. Would absolutely recommend doing this if you don’t want to pay anything to see the statue! You also get a stunning view of Manhattan and all the skyscrapers.

Liked it a lot. Never saw such good fusion foods. Very interesting place. Decent location, although you sure as heck can't really drive a car there or anything. Liked the water fountain thing. Don't let a little kid get too close to that. A little dark and very crowded at lunch time. So many options it can be difficult to decide.
