Highly recommend the ESB! It was so cool to see the museum-like beginning historical narrative of the ESB being built over the years, then it was even cooler to go up to the 86th and 102nd floors! The 86th floor is already super high and offers an amazing outdoor view, but I also recommend the 102nd floor because you can see even further and watch the beautiful skyline from above. Staff is very friendly and the journey through the ESB has many interactive moment (eg. King Kong pictures!), so it is worth your time to do it! The ONLY reason it's not a 5/5 stars is that it's quite pricey of an experience, but if you are willing to spend that extra bit of money then I recommend it!

We marveled at the stunning outdoor viewing decks, soaking in panoramic city views. The historical artifacts added a unique touch to our experience. Plus, the private event space looked perfect for celebrations. A must-visit

It never ceases to amaze. While it's WAY too packed and crowded with tourists, mascots and scammers, it is still a must see for 15min if you are in NYC.

If i was rich, I’d live there. Superb? I felt as if Fred Astaire were on my arm, or Gene Kelly dancing me down the street—just dancing, or singing in the rain.

The New York Public Library is in the heart of Manhattan, making it easily accessible for both locals and visitors alike. It is, of course, a central hub for students, researchers, and professors, offering a wealth of resources and study spaces. However, even if you're not there for academic purposes, the library is also open to tourists, and you can explore some of its stunning rooms. Admission is free, which makes it an ideal stop for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful moment in the city.

The building itself is an architectural marvel, showcasing a grand mix of Beaux-Arts design and the elegance of abundant marble throughout the interiors. As you approach the library, you are greeted by the iconic lion statues, "Patience" and "Fortitude," which have become symbols of the library's dedication to knowledge and perseverance.

One of the most remarkable rooms in the library is the Rose Main Reading Room, located on the third floor. This vast, majestic room is often referred to as the heart of the library, with its towering ceilings, stunning chandeliers, and rows of tables where visitors can study or read. Unfortunately, we didn’t know that the Rose Main Reading Room is only accessible from 10 to 11 a.m. each day, which meant we missed our chance to visit it. If you plan to explore this iconic space, be sure to remember the visiting hours. Alternatively, you can book a guided tour to gain a deeper insight into the library's history and architecture, as well as access rooms that might otherwise be restricted to the public.

MoMA is arguably the best museum in NYC. Many standards, such as masterpieces by Picasso. But also surprises, such as a brilliant 30-panel series by Jacob Lawrence on the Black migration from the South to Chicago. Or a new massive installation by a Nigerian artist featuring a tapestry as tall as the museum itself--5 or 6 floors. I also enjoyed eating in the cafe with a friend. I downgraded a star because of an experience I had toward the end of the day. I couldn't locate Van Gogh's Starry Night and asked a staff member in the relevant 5th floor gallery where it was. He kept saying I should consult the museum website online, which was weird. I thought all the staff could answer such a question. I just couldn't find the info online. When I got back to my hotel and dug around, I realized Starry Night had been captured for a special exhibit dedicated to a famous donor and was actually on the 2nd floor. Googling had only info saying go to the 5th floor for Starry Night, and the MoMA website was so packed with info that I couldn't easily find it. I still don't know whether the staff member had the info or not, but the museum's signage and website should have been clearer on this. The museum store features so much merch on Starry Night that they understand its popularity. There should be a lobby sign at all times just identifying the gallery where it is. I saw it many years ago but would have liked to see it again, and this is probably my final trip to New York.

Took in a New York Rangers v LA Kings game whilst in Manhattan and it was brilliant. The venue and atmosphere was something else, even though the Rangers took a beating! The lighting, sound and all round game experience was first class. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the food & drink reasonable priced. Definitely worth a visit.

We just visited the lights and it was so worth it. The decorations at Christmas time are so pretty. It is also much less crowded than Rockefeller center and 5th ave. A must see if going during Christmas time.

Fifth Avenue is one of the most famous streets in the world, showcasing New York in all its splendor and glamour. Here, one luxurious highlight follows another: From iconic jewelers like Tiffany & Co. to upscale department stores like Bergdorf Goodman, everything with a prestigious name has a place on Fifth Avenue. If you love shopping, you can easily spend a small fortune here.

But Fifth Avenue offers more than just exclusive shopping. It is also the setting for some of the city’s most famous parades, such as the spectacular Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade or the colorful St. Patrick’s Day Parade, which attract countless visitors every year.

In addition, Fifth Avenue serves as a practical point of reference: It divides Manhattan into West and East, helping you navigate the bustling city. Whether for shopping, sightseeing, or simply strolling, a walk along this iconic street is a must during any visit to New York.

An organized 9-floor department store that has anything you could ever want for yourself. Each floor was clearly labeled in the elevator with the kinds of products sold on that floor and the selection of brands was wide. I bought an outfit on floor 3 for $55 off and found the signage in the store to be helpful for finding changing rooms. The only disappointing part of the store was the men's fragrance department. While the selection was good, it felt crammed into its spot and wasn't as impressive as the one at my local mall, though that might just be because of the lack of space in the city. Overall, a fun and classy place to shop.
