I was ready early, and Vinny was already parked outside the hotel entrance ready to go. Great text communication made finding the Escalade easy. Vinny was professional and kind and got me to JFK quickly. - SummerFamilyVacationHouston, TX27 contributionsPickup from JFK airport to hotel. Pickup Instructions given not clear. Pickup driver did not greet, just grabbed suitcase to put in trunk. He did not speak with us at all and did not ask for drop off verification. He was taking personal calls while driving and looking at phone while on road . “Due to traffic,” he told my family that we would have to walk 1/2 to 1 block to get to hotel and that is what he did. Looking at situation he could have dropped us off in front of hotel. Very disappointed at lack of professionalism. Also used company for hotel to JFK drop off. Same thing. Different driver did not even greet. Again, he did not verify drop off location. - Ed SKetchum, ID101 contributionsThis is the second time that I've used NYC Rich Limo, and the reason was that they were outstanding the 1st time. They didn't disappoint! Our driver met us at the airport (he was there early), took us to the 1st hotel in Westchester, picked us up there for the trip into Manhattan, and finally back to the airport when our vacation was over. Our driver, Alex, was always early, a great driver, and he made things easy. - 24lorraineSCary, NC705 contributionsWe took this service from Paris to Bruges, Belgium. Our driver Sulemon was outstanding. He was pleasant, efficient, and a great driver! He was patient with our group of 5. The seating in the van allowed all of us a great view and comfortable ride. Dealing with Kamil was easy as well. Was somewhat afraid that it was “too good to be true “, but I am happy to report that the trip from a cruise line to the airport was in comfort and with a highly competent driver. - Jenna B1 contributionI got Jet Black's name from a Google search and used them for the first time to transport clients to and from our facility. They were picked up on time at their hotel in NYC with no issues. The driver was at out facility 15 minutes prior to pick up time again with no issues. The email communications were very helpful to know exactly what was going on. Car comfortable and water provided. - Carla S2 contributionsI ordered a limo to pick up a young European woman and her 7 yr old boy at JFK Terminal 7. They had never been to NYC before, and we intended to drive out and pick them up. However with the construction chaos, we decided to arrange for a car to pick them up. Everything worked perfectly, from 1. reserving the car, 2. receiving a confirmation with the driver's name and phone number, 3. the driver's greeting them with their name on a sign as they exited customs, 4. the drive to Manhattan and 5. their drop off on Central Park West. They couldn't be more pleased with experience, and I booked the return trip to JFK which was also excellent.
