we arrived at Rise NY just after opening time - its next door to the broadway museum wich we planned to do next, so perfect location. The staff were so freindly and approachable and excited they had visitors and it was quiet in there - a few before and after us. I abs loved loved this - i had no idea the amount of exhibitions they would have in there - Bob Dylan Guitar and Madonna dress you up jacket was a great surprise for me as i am big fan of both. All the exhibitions are great and inforamative and give you great photo opportunities. The ride at the end though was the icing on the cake - OH MY - it was amazing, just like we were flying over New York and all its sites - i really wanted to do it again as soon as we got off it. My husband had a really good time too and loved the Hip Hop section
please go and give it a visit you wont regret it - and the broadway musueum next door is really worth a visit too

A must visit for Nintendo lovers or Gaming lovers. Located next to the Rockfellar, the store boats a ground and first floor level with both stairs and lift access. Upstairs is mainly dedicated to gaming, with a unique cabinet filled with every Nintendo produced and the floor lined with different consoles to try out. There is a large screen on the wall linked to several consoles, so you can view your gameplay. Each console has a variety of games to try out, including Super Mario and Legend of Zelda. You can easily spend 30 minutes on the first floor trying out games and admiring the cabinet of Nintendo consoles on display. There is a large selection of gifts to purchase, with unique New York Nintendo items too. Overall really enjoyable visit, any one interesting in gaming will love this store.

The whole thing is pretty well organised. It's an iconic venue at Christmas, so you pay for the privilege. We paid $144 for an hour's skating with skate hire.
The rink is quite small compared to the Wolman Rink in Central Park.
The boots are very hard and will hurt your ankles, but hey.....it's Christmas and you're skating at Rockefeller !!

I LOVE this gym! I came to NYC on business for 6 weeks and the staff (and fellow climbers) were so wonderful to me! It definitely created a climbing community for me outside of my home gym. The facilities are great with some really fun/challenging climbs. Definitely check them out when you're in Manhattan!

Visiting Central Park with our kids (15, 8) and riding the carousel was a must! $3.50/ticket and it was totally worth it!
Easy to find and purchase tickets from the booth, quick service

I almost made this a three star review, but chose to go with four stars after my interaction with the staff and hearing more about their mission.

I expected a bit of a larger, more open space where I could cuddle with cats (with their consent of course). But this space was quite a bit smaller, and there were around 10 people in the space, all of them vying for the attention of a few cats. It was crowded and busy for my personal taste.

That’s not their fault. And the employees told me weekdays are much less hectic (I’m just not usually in the city on weekdays).

All of the employees are super nice, and you can tell this place prioritizes feline well-being above all else. They explained to me that their cats come from a cat rescue in Bowling Green, KY, which funnily enough, I live near. They told me they have almost a complete turnover of cats every two weeks. They have very careful adoption procedures in place to ensure the best placement for the cats.

Please note weekends are reservation only, weekdays it’s recommended, but not required. And there are rules. Vaccination, no shoes, don’t pick the cats up, don’t wake the cats up, etc.

This wasn’t my style, but I respect their mission and the employees are great reps for the organization.

Came here specifically for the kitties and I've been to one other kitty cafe and this was a bit different. The space for the kitty cafe was split between an upper and lower room which weren't that large. When I arrived most of the kitties were napping, so...took a few for some to wake up. Sirena was a young kitten and I just so happened to get a toy that she loved, so I got to spend most of my time playing with her.

The number of people in the kitty section vs cats seemed to be skewed and most people didn't get to interact with the cats. I believe all of them were open for adoption and if I didn't already have a fur baby, Sirena would have come home with me.

Just be aware it may be hard to spend quality time with the kittes based on the number of people in the cafe already.

We didn’t really choose to go to Dave&Busters, a massive storm came in and so jumped into the nearest restaurant to eat and avoid the rain.

The place wasn’t that clean, seemed old and needed a refurbishment, certainly not on the same level as the one we visited in Orlando.

Food was OK, chicken sandwich, also had the ribs and chicken fingers, all perfectly fine, nothing special, nothing bad, nothing good.

The waitress who showed us to our seat was disinterested and rather abrupt and we were worried by this, however our waiter was amazing, very friend and attentive, I regret nit getting his name to give him a shout out.

Great experience! We enjoyed playing the online game . I enjoyed these puzzles because they were innovative and challenging. The interface worked well and we were able to easily join two other players in different locations. I highly recommend it

Simple fun that is great for all ages! My 6-year-old was invited by a friend to celebrate his birthday. I had never heard of this place before so I didn't know what to expect but it was amazing! We were greeted by Hyum who couldn't have been nicer. He let us hang around until his friend arrived and gave us all the info we needed to get started. It's very easy to understand and to jump right in. My son spent 45 minutes jumping and running with his friend. They had a blast and they even did a special birthday show with the lights. Hyum is super nice and provided us with excellent customer service, fun for all ages, free lockers to store your stuff, beverages for purchase, and good music. My son asked to go back the moment we got on the train. This would be a perfect place for a rainy day activity! We will be back.

I wish I could upload a picture of this beautiful building near the East River. For $75 a year or $10 a year for seniors (62+) you have access to a gym, pool, lockers, showers & different classes every day for free.

What an incredible experience. We went to a different VR experience and to say this one was better is an insult to Tidal Force in that TF is on another planet. The VR is so immersive and so realistic and worth every penny. It is certainly more expensive that others, but if ever "you get what you pay for" comes into play, this is it. We met the creator of the games and he is so cool and friendly and we got to try his newest game. If you enjoy VR then you must do this in NYC.
