The outbound bus was very dirty.
The driver from NYC was unwilling to help me with my return journey and in a very abrupt fashion told me to use the website for details and timings.
Luckily the lady at the information desk at Woodbury was really helpful, she gave me advice on the return times.
Although it was easy to navigate the location of the bus stop there are no obvious signs where the bus picks you up, so take note of its location as you disembark.

I’m not a thrifting expert by any stretch of the means, so it was great having Isra giving tips and searching for finds for you. I was super successful with finding things, too many things! My favorite piece from the day was found by Isra. It was a beautiful navy blue wool blazer. My second favorite find was a pair of platform converse. We were Grandmother 78,daughter 50 and granddaughter 25. Diffferent tastes different products. She accommodated us all. Will help you shop as well as introduce you to wonderful places. There were several language groups on the bus so it was a bit annoying trying to listen to the English while the other guide was also speaking. The guide was very pleasant but not very informative- she did have to translate into German as well. The winery wasn’t ready for us and kept us waiting and the gentleman was not very friendly. The outlet shopping was of no interest to us - we would have rather spent more time in the Hamptons. It was easy to pose for her and she just let us do our own thing while also making some gentle suggestions. She was very knowledgable about the local area and took us to all the best spots that I wanted for our pictures! Whats more the pictures came out amazing!

Our trip to Woodbury Common was greatly enhanced by Alex’s impeccable service. His punctuality and flawless driving set the tone for a wonderful day. Alex’s friendly and polite manner, combined with his vigilance on the road, made us feel secure and well-cared for.
He was considerate enough to stay close with the car, allowing us to shop without the hassle of carrying bags.
