Undergoing a bit of a re-vamp on the ground floor but don't be put off. Not on purpose, but when you visit St Helier you do tend to end up there.
It is everything a department store should be. Bright, clean, airy, a very good and varied mix of products and staff who want to help you.
I cannot help feeling that if the likes of BHS, Debenhams etc... had copied them, they would now still be in business.

It was amazing to visit and experience the market in its hustle and bustle. The bright colours give this centre a very cheerful atmosphere. Received items through post which were well packaged and receipt in box .
Will definitely purchase more items from them .

Had an issue with delivery address but was soon sorted after emailing Chantal who was very prompt and efficient.
Delivery also fantastic, text was sent to advise time and delivered the next day!

We shopped here twice and on both occasions found the staff standoffish and unwilling to engage in conversation. No matter how busy you are, the people buying from you are the ones ensuring your wages. - Daniel KosrowpourDunfermline, UK1 contributionI ordered a watch last year, I have been dealing with Sue and the service I have received from then until now has been excellent. Watch arrived, Sue arranged for a video of the watch to be sent to me by Heidi which was very exciting as I am a massive watch fan and this is going to be my first luxury branded watch.
Arrangements were made to collect, Unfortunately Covid restrictions meant I couldn’t pick up after a few cancelled flights. Sue has since been very accommodating and now I’m waiting for restrictions to lift and the call from Sue to come and collect.
Impressed by the service so much that I had mentioned this to a friend who has said they would like to purchase a few watches after hearing how well I’ve been looked after.
