Our tour guide, Angela, was fantastic— very knowledgeable and accommodating of everyone on the tour. Would recommend this at the beginning of your stay so you can learn the lay of the land in Portland.

The guides for Around Portland are great, and really easy and fun to cycle and talk with.

Kelly was my guide for Bike Around Portland. She was awesome and super knowledgable about all things Portland. A guided bike tour is definitely the way the way to do it.

Angela guided the Columbia River Gorge Waterfalls tour, cool and also super knowledgeable about the Gorge, it's history, geology, everything. And of course Portland too. Cycling near the river on the scenic road, bombing through the trees and seeing the waterfalls and historic structures... go experience it!

Our guide, Marcus, was super knowledgeable not only about the volcano but the local ecology and history as well. The tour featured a few hours of driving between points of interest around the mountain but Marcus made the drives between them almost as interesting as the sites themselves. The hikes at each of the stops were short (<1 hr) and easily traversed (board walks, stairs, handrails). We visited the Cold Water Interpretive Center, Ape Cave, Ape Canyon, and Twin Forests.

Great experience, Edwin our tour guide was great! Had a wonderful day exploring the Oregon Coast and some great hiking for some amazing views. Stopping in Cannon Beach for lunch was a good choice and even picked up some ice cream. Weather was perfect!

Certainly a bit of a hike but well worth it for the views. Our tour guide was born and raised in Portland and certainly knew all about the Forest and the surrounding areas. At the end of our tour we went up to the Japanese Gardens which was also worth the visit.

Daniel was a great hiking guide! We had a fantastic time on the hike, surrounded by beautiful greenery while he shared local history with us. There's nothing better than exploring with a local who knows the area. We even got to visit a sanctuary and see an owl! He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the booking process. I'd love to try one of this food tours as well.

Niko Grimanis was the perfect tour guide for our group. He was knowledgeable about the area and lots of other topics especially the wineries. He was flexible for our needs and wants, and lots of fun! He drove us to beautiful scenic locations in a comfortable van and walked down trails with us so we could dip our toes in the Pacific. We would highly recommend this tour!

My husband Blake and I did the full day tour of the Columbia River Gorge with our guide Tyler. Tyler was so planned out with the specific hike we would do and was an excellent communicator with us even before the trip about what kind of day we were wanting (ex. More difficult hiking or more relaxed). He was so knowledgeable about the area and knew the best way to enjoy it without the hassle of crowds. We had the best day with him!

My thanks to Marcus for guiding our travels through the Columbia River Gorge. We hiked to Laterelle Falls which was a beautiful hike (even for this 'older' lady!). We appreciated the stories of the area--historical and geological--Marcus is an excellent guide and experienced naturalist. Our stops were in places we truly enjoyed and would not have found without his knowledge of the area. I highly recommend this tour and Terran Travels!
