- BrakiWorldTravelerBelgrade, Serbia20,004 contributionsDon't know why it's named Bridge of Gods, however it's a pleasant site looking from Cascade Locks. Bridge connects Oregon with Washington, but didn't cross it but had a lunch nearby.Written 31 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Katarzyna L51 contributionsThat was spectacular trail . I was kind of surprised because there weee not too many people on the trail even though it was a weekend. We started early and it took us almost 6 hours . On the way back it got hot so prepare for that . The hike is so beautiful and tunnel view was just spectacular- so worth it . Enjoy .Written 12 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Shannon N10 contributionsRight before you get to Multnomah falls, you’ll hit ponytail falls which is smaller but still beautiful. People there were swimming too.Written 11 July 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Debra R31 contributionsThis brewery is not to be missed! They have great beers & the food is fantastic!! Hubby & I split a pear & beet salad with chicken! It was super fresh & huge! We shared some spicy Malaysian peanuts to go with our beers. So good!! The staff was super friendly, speedy service on our food! They have 4 packs of beer to go! Highly recommend a stop here in Cascade Locks, Oregon.Written 20 July 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Lisa CPortland, OR211 contributionsReally loved this hike. Although we can see the evidence of the 2017 Eagle Creek fire, the area has recovered sufficiently to afford a pleasant journey to the real payoff: the gorgeous Dry Creek Falls. (Dry Creek was apparently so-named when water was diverted for a municipal water project, but has since been restored and is quite moist! :-) The falls are surrounded by impressive basalt cliffs.
This is not a difficult hike, although you do feel that you've had a good workout after. There are some loose rocks in places, and smooth dirt that one can slide on too readily, so be sure you have good shoes. Bring water, sunscreen (if you tend to burn) and snacks, and of course a camera!Written 17 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Once we parked it was only 0.1 miles to walk a paved or gravel path up the creekside to view the waterfall. There were benches a tables to sit and have a picnic, plus restrooms near the parking lot. Very easy to access for a quick photo stop, or you could walk the path to the west to see more falls. Kind of a one and done place, unlike Multnomah Falls, but still worth a visit.Written 30 May 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - TheSimpleTravelerBethlehem, PA451 contributionsI would have given it 5 stars had it not been for the poor sound system making the narration unintelligible, which in turn made it annoying at times. I like to be entertained, listening to someone describing the area or presenting facts, so this was a disappointment for me.
Other than that, my wife and I found the service to be excellent. A big Thank You to HANNAH for that. The meals were also excellent. The views of the Gorge from the river spectacular. And the ride was smooth. A nice way to spend an evening.Written 28 June 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
