Beautiful old theater, we were told ahead of time some seats may have obstructed views so I was very careful with our seat selection. We were in the mezzanine row G aisle seat and 3 more, we all liked the seating, we were center stage. There is an elevator but it is small, we climbed the 3 levels of steps, gets a bit crowded before the doors open so it was pretty tight for a while, beverage sales and merchandise for the musical made it a little congested. We loved this beautiful theater, be aware there is no railing getting down to or up from your seat and It can be a step pitch if you our uneasy at that height, I noticed one women using the aisle seat back to help her. I would choose a seat closer to the door if that would concern you. Great sound system, would definitely return and also booked the adjoining hotel, very convenient!
