Josie entertained us and expedited our feasting at several local establishments on a very busy December Saturday. As others may have already mentioned… do not eat much, if anything prior to this tour. We were served nearly full portions at each of the stops. Josie reeled off fun Chicago facts and kept us entertained as we made our way from one food stop to the next. He shared so many interesting facts about the city, the food and each are we visited. But he didn't talk so much that we felt that we were on an educaitonal tour. The views were amazing and we felt that we got to see a great part of Chicago that we would not have seen had we been on our own. And the food- we got a entire slice of pizza, a loaded hot dog and great serving of gelato. This tour is a great value and a great deal of FUN! You can tell that the server's experience wasn't seasoned.( More knowledge of the menu and attention to detail needed). I appreciate the effort, but I think there could be more staff training to correct this. The DJ was hot garbage. Elevator music the whole trip until we were about to dock, then comes the turn up songs. DJ, get the crowd involved. Be more diverse. The food was great, just small portions. All the fountain drinks were flat. The boarding pictures were great. Odyssey please fix these things. It could really be a great overall experience for the money.
