This was a trip of a lifetime made even more special by our amazing tour guide Filip. Filip taught us tonnes of history of Iceland all the way through the trip both on and off the bus. The whole tour was magical.

This tour is a must! Þingvellir National Park is absolutely gorgeous, the Geysir Hot Springs are almost ethereal, and Gullfoss is breathtaking. My only regret is that the tour wasn’t longer because I enjoyed it so much!

The tour guide- Darren- was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. He knew just where to go to get the most out of each stop.

Food: wait to eat until Gullfoss and enjoy their Traditional Icelandic Lamp Soup. It’s delicious!

Booked two great tour experiences (Golden Circle & South Coast) with this operator. Very professional! Both the bus chauffeurs were experienced when it came to tackle the Icelandic weather while on the roads. Daniel our guide was very informative, had a vast knowledge about Iceland and its volcanic histories, icelandic folklores, very friendly and has a quite a good amount of humour. He is an experienced guide and we had the impression of recommending him in high Regard and will stay that way!!

We chose this company out of many others to do this trip with as they were so impressive on the Northern Lights tour.Well the Golden Circle tour was well organised with just the right amount of time at each stop and the guide was so knowledgeable. We really enjoyed a long day but there were many rest point stops and the most magical memories were made.A must do trip in Iceland!

Golden circle, kerid crater with a small group were excellent. Our guide Addi was excellent, his knowledge of Iceland was superb and he really made the tour that more special & memorable.
The Blue Lagoon was closed due to the volcanic activity so we were brought to Hvammisk Lagoon, this lagoon was beautiful and so scenic looking out onto the water and mountains.
Would highly recommend this tour with Bus Travel Iceland.

This was a fantastic tour, all the places were brilliant and the sky lagoon seven step ritual pass was a lovely end to the day. We even stopped to see some horses and at a beautiful bakery. Our guide (Elias) was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating! Worth every penny, thank you!

Our tour guide Gunnar was great; very funny, knowledgeable and approachable. The driver’s name was Fusi, and they had a guide trainee with them, Bryndish. All 3 were kind & made the day quite enjoyable.
Our first stop was Fridheimar, a tomato greenhouse. Get the tomato soup, it is absolutely delicious & so, so fresh. I wish we had an extra 1/2 hour here, as we didn’t get to see as much of the greenhouse as we’d like, by the time we ate our soup & used the restroom, it was time to leave. It should be a full hour stop, in my opinion.
2nd stop was the Geyser. Just incredible! One of 4 spots in the world where you can see a natural geyser.
3rd stop Gullfoss-stunning! We were lucky enough to see a rainbow over the falls.
Last stop Thingvellir National park. Absolutely phenomenal and like nothing you’d ever see outside of Iceland. See the “wall” from game of thrones up close & learn about tectonic plates, Vikings, Icelandic politics. It is quite a mystical place, with a rich cultural history.
Gunnar gave great tips for photo ops on all locations & gave so much background information on land formations, Icelandic culture & folklore, and suggestions for other tours. This is a do not miss tour!

Booked very last minute… literally 2 hours before it was due to start. The pick up arrangements were prompt and excellent. The diver/guide was called David and was really great, kept us entertained all day with his cheeky humour and knowledge about what we were seeing. The golden circle stops were really good, just what you expect but the gift shops, cafes etc were horrendously expensive… again, to be expected. We made a couple of unexpected stops to see and feed some Icelandic horses and to get some delicious ice cream from a local dairy. You must try the licorice ice cream. For someone who hates licorice, it almost had me converted. The highlight was bathing in the geothermal spa … heavenly, with snow and blizzard-like weather, the hot, salt water and hot showers after were wonderful. After 11 hours, I was dropped off at my pick up point which was ideal. In short, I would highly recommend Nice Travel tours whilst in Iceland. Say hi to David, our fabulous tour guide when you travel with them.

This was a fantastic tour. 8 hours all day bus tour and yet still manged to complete 19,300 steps. Sara was a fanstic tour guide, her knowledge and facts all day did not disappoint.
Would have liked a little more time at the Kerid to explore would be our only critism, but understand why with the time constraints getting to and from everywhere, also places on route being closed with it being Good Friday. The gysers and waterfalls were fantastic to see and to end in national park was beautiful.

My recent Golden Circle Tour in Iceland was an absolute delight! The landscapes were stunning, with highlights like Gullfoss waterfall and the Geysir geothermal area. Our guide provided insightful commentary, enriching the experience with fascinating facts about Iceland's history and culture. Despite the tour's popularity, our guide ensured a personalized touch, engaging us with entertaining stories and making the journey both educational and enjoyable. From tales of Icelandic elves to language quirks and humorous anecdotes, the experience was unforgettable. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Iceland!

Had a great day with Addi showing us the sights and attractions that Iceland has to offer.

Addi was very knowledgeable about the locations and historical facts of the area we were passing through or our destinations.

There were some great views and photo opportunities along the way and at all the destinations on the tour showcasing only a small portion of what Iceland has to offer.

With all the natural beauty on offer, it would be hard to tell you which was my favourite. Nature truly is an amazing and powerful entity.

But what has been achieved and harnessed by innovation by the Icelandic population is amazing!

Harnessing nature to heat their homes and businesses, but also to grow amazing plant based products.

On the tour you will visit the tomato plant... you will not taste a better tomato, and you must try the soup, it's amazing!

After a long day of travelling and sightseeing, the Sky Lagoon was a great way to unwind in the hot mineral rich water with a glass of wine...perfect!

This was the absolute highlight of our trip! From start to finish we had such an amazing day/night.
The jeep was a great way to explore and with a max of 6 passengers made the experience a lot more personal and enjoyable.
Adam was so knowledgeable about each place he took us too and managed to beat the bus tour crowds at each location which meant we were able to fully appreciate each area and get some fabulous pictures too.
We packed so much into the day ticking off all the main sites around the Golden Circle.
The scenery was beautiful and we also had fantastic clear blue skies and sun which added to the experience.
Adam provided crampons to trek over some of the more icy areas, which made life a lot easier.
The restaurant Adam took us too whilst we waited for dark to try and see the Northern Lights was really good, great choices and lovely food and staff.
We managed to see the Northern Lights!! Adam also spent a long time helping me with my camera settings to help get the best pictures and also took some amazing pictures that he is going to send to us too.
    Thanks for an amazing experience!
