What travellers are saying
- Rupee100Hertfordshire, UK31 contributionsBeautiful place. Sandy beach surrounded by cliffs. Steps as well as a paved slope for other accessibility. Very clean and peaceful. Very good for surfers. Bars and cafes nearby as well as a few shops. Free car park too in the town. The beach car park isn’t free.
Lovely Cliff walks too as part of the Fisherman’s Trail. A definite destination to put on your list,Written 28 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. There's anaturist part and I strongly recocmend to go on the west part, where, just over a rock, you'll find another (nice) small (200 mts) beach, far away from textile people walking. Free parking on top, and - according to me - among nicest beaches of the areaWritten 1 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Michel PAmsterdam, The Netherlands38 contributionsDuring our road trip we were en route from the Algarve to Setubal. We made an unplanned stop at Cabo Sardao and were pleasantly surprised with the stunning views of the cliffs and the sea. We sticked around to enjoy our (homemade) lunch while enjoying the views.
Definitely worth to make a stop there and enjoy your lunchWritten 11 August 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The nature is quite impressive and the sea is very clean. Enjoy!Written 13 August 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Dirk MBarcelona, Spain2 contributionsWent for two dives with Joao at a wonderful site, saw many sea bass and other fish. They work out of a state of the art dive pod that they park right at the edge of the water/port so that you have all equipment there. The staff are experienced and very friendly. Pity I went around full moon so visibility was a bit less than expected.Written 25 July 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
