Well organised, could be busy, we only waited 20 mins to obtain tickets. We did not purchase beforehand.

The cableway was very well organised. Staff polite and helpful.

Lucy from Concierge and Joyce from the restaurant were the most positive lovely and caring people I ran into.
I love the location of the property and the hotel is nice.

Climbed it with my nearly 8 year old son (c. 1.4m tall, so big for his age). Set off around 9.30am, mid-August weekday, plenty of climbers already on the mountain but not too busy. Bit concerned might be too much for the lad when needed a break 5 minutes in, but once we were on the more step-like section (first bit is a path on a decent incline), I (35yo indolent office worker) was the one having to keep up with him. Got lucky with the weather, and views from the top were stunning. Took an hour to get up (via staples/chains), with a couple of short breaks in there and usual pauses to let people past/down. Half hour at the top, and an hour or so back down (not via staples).
Parents worried about 8+ year olds getting up- probably be more concerned about keeping up with them on the way back down. Definitely worth it, massive highlight of the trip, particularly as the cable car was shut for Table Mountain.

This is part of the cape of good hope experience. Driving through the rugged landscape on the way to the cape (and cape point) prepares one for the sight of the tip of the continent.

Took an Uber to the top of Signal Hill to watch the sunset. Wow! Great views of the entire city - simply spectacular! Worth the trip!

Situated in the heart of the V&A waterfront area, next to the hop on/off city tour bus terminal makes this a great location. Lots of South African fish to see. A really interesting area focussing on the impacts of plastic on our oceans - really sobering

The best thing about our experience was Yasmina, a real life victim of District Six displacement who shared her memories of the past and views on the present. While it was overwhelming, it was more than worth our while.

Some absolutely stunning pieces, lots of interesting contemporary work. A couple of spaces were not open to the public but still lots to see. The building itself is worth a visit alone if you're into concrete

Another must see on a trip to Cape Town but be aware this is a bit of a drive from the Citycenter. Lots of natural beauty and great little eating places.

    Beautiful beach but very windy.

Great place to take your dogs for a run. So much open space for them to go wild.

Tiny houses with striking colours. It certainly arouses curiosity when you pass by these houses. It's a must to stop by these houses when you visit Cape Town.

Worth visiting to get a sense of how the political prisoners were held, in particular from the guides, who are former prisoners from the apartheid era.

It's decent value as it includes the 30 minute boat ride and a bus tour of the island.

If you have a few days in Cape Town book this for your first day as it can be cancelled (as it was for us) if the wind and waves are too strong.

Such a great experience. A beautiful museum Wel looked after. Lots of fascinating details and a reminder why we must never forget crimes of the past. Helpful, insightful staff.
