    Great Service
    I was in Shanghai on business and needed to get to Suzhou Caitang. Nigel was a delight and easy to communicate with and his driver arrived to my hotel in time. The journey was over an hour and the car was clean, in good condition and the driver drove very carefully. Mineral water was supplied. I would not hesitate to recommend Nigel and Shanghai.net and his team. Great service! Thank you.

    Our trip with Jimmy (the driver) was super safe and Jimmy was always super careful and flexible during the long trips we had for 5 days. We can strongly recommend him for trips in Shanghai and around Shanghai.

    The best service in Shanghai!
    My family and I recently visited Shanghai for a family vacation and we used Miki for our transportation services for 2 days while you were there. You know that communication in China can be very hard with not having the proper internet and the language barrier but Miki made each day so enjoyable and pleasant for us. She was even able to get us around Shanghai at night safely with two kids. They took a shopping, picked us up and dropped us off everywhere we needed to go and the price was excellent for us. I am recommending the service to all people on here and will definitely use her service again if we travel back to Shanghai and when we go to Bali.

    Excellent Service
    The driver was there 15 minutes early. While he didn't speak much English, he was efficient and timely. Correspondence with the company was easy and clear. Would definitely use them again.

    Great Service From Mr. Orange
    We arranged the services for a private car with a driver and an English speaking guide for our 3-day visit to Shanghai after our 30 days Holland America Asia Pacific Cruise.
    We dealt with Sophia through the whole process and she offered suggestions and was able to answer our questions in a timely fashion. She was very professional.

    However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel our complete vacation.

    As advertised by Mr. Orange, they refunded the total deposit that we paid for their services in a timely manner!

    I would recommend Mr. Orange to my family and friends.

    Awesome tour with Driver Tom!
    Tom was a fantastic guide! His knowledge of the area and its rich history, as well as the highlights of the the area in which we were staying were immeasurable. I highly recommend this tour!

    Variable Trustworthiness
    Many of the cab drivers seemed to get us there quickly but be prepared for an old school experience. If your phone is capable (iPhone) I recommend using Apple Maps and showing the driver your anticipated route. That might have helped my extended trip from the hotel to the airport although I am not sure it was this specific company...

    A great night
    We rent it last month for a friend birthday. The car is clean and quite comfortable. The driver is really nice he agreed to stop the SUV in the Bund. We really had a great night, :)

    Driver didn't arrive at the Airport
    We were traveling with 2 little ones and planning to skip the hassle of catching a taxi at 1am from the airport to the hotel. Unfortunately we get held up at immigration and luggage collection which makes us late appearing at the arrival gate. We were not greeted by any driver, but a bunch of taxi touts. I have sent and received a confirmation email from MK Shanghai a couple of days before our travel date. Such a bummer.

    In the end we had to line up and catch a taxi at the counter like everyone else. Couldn't give a fair review so I just rate poor for their lack of communication.

    Great! but I don't recommend
    It's comfortable because they will send you to hotel. But the distance it's quite long. I suggest tourist use Magrev.
