    Afternoon of exploring
    Alana was very communicative in the lead up to the tour which was great. Judy and the driver got us out to the water town safely and in comfort. Judy was very knowledgeable about the area and commentates the river cruise and walking tour through the lanes. Dinner was delicious and she even helped us barter for a good deal or two!

    Book it! You'll have a great time!
    We had a great time! We had a great dinner where our guide made sure to explain what we were eating and it's origins. We gad a great mix of food. After the 4 of us were stuffed - we went on the river boat. All the buildings and their purpose was explained. We had a lot of fun and she was willing to answer all of our questions.

    Shanghai Surprise!!!!
    I thought it was just an ordinary acrobatic show but got surprised!!! Bravo!!! what an amazing show. The finale is definitely worth the wait! A must for exploring Shanghai.

    Suzhou and TongLi visit
    Tongli was beautiful and authentic. The lunch in Suzhou was delicious and the humble administrators garden was breathtaking! I very much enjoyed my guide Daisy who was very generous with her time and advice! We fit in some shopping on the side as well!!

    Exceeded our expectations. The show is amazing but also the tour guide was an absolute delight.
    The acrobatics show is impressive, every second is a new visual surprise. The production is perfect.

    Of course you could buy the tickets directly from the theater, but moving around in Shanghai when you don’t speak Chinese is not easy. It is worth every penny to pay a little extra and have a hotel pick up and drop off with an amazing guide.

    The services provided exceeded our expectations, the tour guide was always in touch and super kind from the moment we booked to the hotel drop off. She was worried about our preferences and flexible to make sure we had the best schedule and an absolutely surprising Chinese dinner experience.

    Would definitely recommend.

    Wonderful day in Shangai
    We enjoyed this trip very much. The car was air-conditioned and comfortable to ride in, with a pleasant driver, who took us between the attractions. Our guide - Ms. Berlin - was wonderful!

    She tailored the experience to our needs (we are an older couple), took good care of us (she provided us with hand disinfection, face masks and refreshments along the way) and talked about Shangai most engagingly and with deep knowledge. Very professional behaviour and great English!

    The food we had at a modern Chinese restaurant was delicious. Everything was well planned and ran smoothly. We heartily recommend this tour and Ms. Berlin as guide!

    A night on the river
    Alana was my tour guide and she did such an amazing job!! It was really nice to be able to go at night and see everything light up. The weather was nice so we stayed outside on the boat most of the time!

    We then were able to check out the French district and have some tea, it was a really great experience and Alana really made sure I was able to see some of the best things in Shanghi for my one night there!!

    Good experience
    I wanted to try the dinner boat ride and eat so I made a reservation and it was awesome. The atmosphere is great. The view at sunset is very romantic. And I got excited when the boat passed under the bridge.

    River Cruise + hotpot dinner
    We are very pleased with the complimentary upgrade of cruise tickets which allowed us to avoid the crowd on another level. We get to enjoy almost the whole level of the cruise ourselves. Our guide Caroline is very friendly. She is able to provide us with information accurately about the building and history of the bund. We even asked her for food suggestion for our stay in Shanghai, she even went to search for the address for it. Hotpot is delicious with variety food item to choose from and is super suitable in such a cold weather and after blowing cold air from the cruise. Overall we are very pleased this evening.

    Layover at Shanghai
    They gave us very good service. And they took care of us very well. Especially Snow, our tour guide. She is very friendly and shared her knowledge about Shanghai. We went to Shanghai Tower, Yu Garden and the Bund. It was a truly great experience thanks to them! Will definitely book them again.

    Garden, temples and The Bund
    It was a very insightful and inspiring tour. May is very knowledgeable, patient and cheerful. I enjoyed every bit of it while learning a lot. I love reading Chinese culture and it was brought to life by this tour! Thanks to your company and most specially to my able tour guide, May, and our very reliable driver.

    Great trip!
    Our tour guide Chen Qian made history not boring through great storytelling skills and we definitely had fun listening to her explain the sights to us. It was so good she even gained a crowd! Itinerary was well paced out and my mum and I did not feel tired at all. Our preference for food and sightseeing were also put into consideration which we are also thankful for. All in all the tour was filled with laughter and ride was very comfortable. We are just thankful they drove us back to our hotel doorstep hence we can avoid the impending typhoon. Thanks for making memorable memories!

    Water Village from Shanghai Half Day Tour
    Caroline took my husband & me to the water village from Shanghai.
    Caroline was a fantastic guide in all regards from the time of pick up to drop off at our hotel on completion of the tour.
    She was very friendly & helpful, & extremely knowledgeable about the history & culture of the places we visited.
    Nothing was a problem to her; she was very accommodating, always helpful and her English was excellent.
    We could not have had a better guide and the tour itself was not to be missed.
