This was a great experience. Local team did loose but the game was much better than I expected. As other people noted:
    - buy ticket at the booth
    - it’s safe around the stadium
    - buy authentic things in the store, it’s fairly priced

We went there through the subway and that was super easy to do. The station is right at the stadium.

Really recommend if you, like me, are curious about CSL. Take this chance and get a legit jersey at the team store inside of the stadium.

    Great small concert event arena/pub!
    Nice staff and good music.
Difficult to find though, and I’d like to see more beer samples on the menu.

There is quite literally no attempt at customer service at this venue, but that is symptomatic of the scarcity of football pitches in Shanghai.

I asked the lady on the phone "when do you have anything available?" the answer: "We don't.". Anything for next month? No. Month after? No. Six months from now? No.

How far do they book in advance? Tough to say. A conversation was impossible. They are clearly earning money hand over fist, and they do not require you to give them any more.

Additionally, the pitch has large divots missing at the goalmouths of pitch 2. It's a matter of time before someone breaks an ankle. But don't worry - they have plenty of money to hire good lawyers to sue you for getting blood on their nice green divot-covered pitch.
