Highly recommend the private tour with Jenny’s in Shanghai. I arranged the tour for our family reunion with my parents and both mine and my bro’s family with college age kids. Although my brother and I are both native Shanghainese, considering that it was the first time for the kids to go to Shanghai (the last time they went back, they were still 👶) I decided to book a tour so that the tour guide could introduce Shanghai's history and culture professionally. I searched online and asked friends a few months in advance, and most tour providers only offered a cursory tour. I asked for a brief introduction to the history of the buildings on the Bund, and two well-preserved buildings that we may get in for a tour. Several tour providers from Trip Advisor and Viator 5🌟 all said no. Finally, I found Jenny’s, communicated my requirements through email and WeChat, and received a reply quickly, which could meet our needs👍 The weeks before the tour, I had to communicate and adjust the specific itinerary with Jenny several times, and the replies were very timely, and the suggestions were professional and reasonable. On the day of the tour, the tour guide Grace was warm and thoughtful, and the itinerary and explanations were adjusted at any time to suit the interests and understanding of the kids, keeping them engaged. The arrangement was also considerate of my parents' age, and each activity allowed them to have a proper rest. During the one-day tour, we visited the activities we had arranged in advance, and there were also small surprises 😃 We went to some old sites preserved in old Shanghai, which we didn't know about even for us growing up in Shanghai. After a full day of fun, the family, young and old, were all very satisfied 👍 Jenny’s has services in many tourist cities in China. My dad said he would recommend to his friends when organizing a tour next time. We will also use Jenny’s again when we need a tour next time we return to China 😃
