I went with my son and his friend and we had varying levels of skill. Mike was patient and helpful to everybody. It was fun to learn how to make the soup dumplings and now that we know the secret, if something happens to us you know why!!! Lol. We started with a market visit including buying vegetables for our meal, followed learning how to prepare and drink green tea. Seeing our meal being prepared was followed by dumpling making from scratch. There was much laughter, cooking tips shared, good food and great company. We were trying to contact them for an hour, finally got through. They said they did not received our booking at all.
