- Chris101111Auckland, New Zealand1,103 contributionsStayed close to the Carrefour and found the store had all we needed, from a great food supermarket to a shop to buy all sorts of things, including very small batteries.
Has a good selection of local and imported wines.
Large store easy to find on Changning Road.Written 13 July 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It's easy to miss as there are hundreds of attractions on this pedestrian walkway competing for your attention. When the street outside is crowded, or wet, you can duck in here and escape for an hour or two. Spiralling escalators? What?! Cool atritum when it' 35 outside. It's a short walk from The Bund.Written 15 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Sunnyboy87Yeppoon, Queensland, Australia4 contributionsA great setting for those looking to spend a day. Can be alittle challenging if you desire to use map in English. However I'd happily bring the family knowing everyone can find something to enjoy and we'd all have so many meals choices.Written 13 September 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Chris101111Auckland, New Zealand1,103 contributionsThis mall was just down from our hotel, New World, it's smaller that most but has all the good shops as well as eateries and a small mart.
Good if you want something quick.Written 13 July 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Metro lines 1, 2 or 8 at People’s Square Station, take Exit 15 and it will lead you directly into the mall. High end mall. Brand names like Chanel and Hermes are here. They have wonderful restaurants at almost every floor, 8 floors altogether. Nice visit!Written 27 February 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- MonteBurnsNew York City, NY1,033 contributionsI don’t live in Shanghai but I seem to be a frequent visitor. I find that Shanghai has a much better selection of shopping and food than where I do live.
Aldi. I first visited one in Florida and found they had some attractive prices on many items. Better than Publix, Target, and Walmart.
Aldi in Shanghai isn’t a very big store but has a decent selection of meat and deli items and general grocery items.
I find myself making a special trip to shop there when I am in Shanghai. Well worth that trip for sure.
Not that far from Nanjiang Road West subway line 2 station. About a 15 minute walk.Written 25 October 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. There are a range of products that you can purchase here which cost three times as much in Australia.
We usually come back from Europe via Hong Kong but the troubles caused us to change our plans. In HK there is also an excellent outlet.
This one in Shanghai is very convenient on Nanjing Road. Has all the items that my wife was looking for on the levels of the shop.
Staff were friendly and spoken enough English to be able to answer questions etc.Written 17 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
