Tom and Jerry are fantastic. It was a very comfortable, insightful and lovely tour with lots of good opportunities for instagrammable photos and moments to remember. The tour guide Tom is a very nice and modest guy. Highly recommend you to pick this tour option for a nice day out to Vung Tua !

A must do trip whilst in HCMC. Nam is an amazing guide with so much knowledge and experience. His stories take you straight back to events that took place in the battle. Many memories where made and Nam, you will never be forgotten.

One of the best tours! So personal! We were so lucky to have Luc as our tour guide. He shared so much history, many laughs, good stories. Great Pagodas, great Jesus, great beaches, great food, super great tour! Always feel like you're apart of the family with these tours, especially with Luc showing us around!

The meeting point is not the gate you saw when you first get off the ship. The main entrance to port is much further down 15 minutes walk. Wonderful tour. Dennis Ng lots of local experiences and great food

This was a very nice tour that touched on all the important sightseeing of Vung Tau. Sunny was very informative and enthusiastic. The van was comfortable. Sunny lives her Vietnamese culture and heritage, and it shows. She brought us for a typical Vietnamese snack of eggs, yogurt, and 3 types of cakes. All delicious. Then lunch was a hot pot. Delicious but not for the faint of heart. Make sure you ask for a mild broth! Although I wad sweating and crying, I loved it!

I had hired for Saigon city tour ... Mr Cong had come with us and he was very hard working, detailed guide.

He knew about places in depth and took us a nice Vietnamese restaurant also.

We are very happy with Mr Cong and his services. Recommended to hire

We had a great day with Dan and a very good driver. The HCMC morning traffic is a wonder to behold! Nui Dat,Long Phuoc tunnels and Long Tan were really amazing. The sites are not all perfectly preserved (Stonehenge style) but Dans commentary, photos and ‘no punches pulled’ sure fill in the gaps. Aussies with relatives who served at Long Tan may be disappointed that the main site is now basically a working quarry

Hard to rate this tour as we had highs and lows.

To start with the company ‘forgot’ about our booking and had to quickly arrange for a guide and driver so we didn’t start until 2 hours late. Mistakes happen so we let it go.

We had a chatty guide for the drive towards Long Tan and then Trung swapped places with him as the local guide and displayed his impressive knowledge of the area, the war and Australian participation in the war.

The area itself is far from what it would have been back during Australian service with the Nui Dat Helipad now a quarry and the runway now being used as a local road. Trung had photos from the campaign for then and now comparisons. Huge rubber plantations are now growing in the area and were interesting to see.

For us, the main purpose of the tour was to pay our respects at the Long Tan Memorial and we were able to do so and it made the whole tour absolutely worthwhile.

That’s when the adventure began as a sudden downpour left our vehicle bogged in mud in the neighbouring banana plantation so after trying to help get the car out and eventually being rescued by a local farmer we, and our guide were coated in mud and another 2 hours behind schedule.

This is probably why we missed the tunnel area that we had also been looking forward to seeing but there was no explanation and we were driven to our traditional lunch.

Lunch was a nice assortment of Vietnamese dishes and we had to pay for our own drinks before heading back to Ho Chi Minh City, arriving only 30mins later than we would have had the tour started on schedule which means we missed out on some of our tour time.

Not a tour for everyone but if you want to pay your respects and get a feel for what our Diggers went through then you can’t go wrong.

The reason we have given Nam the 5 out of 5 rating was our guide was the most friendliest kindest person we could have ever met.
His knowledge on history of the battlefield we visited and the answers to our questions was 10 out of 10.
I have no hesitation recommending Nam to anyone and only hope that one day we meet him again.
If Nam ever produces his book please let us know as we will buy it!

It was just the three of us for our tour to Long Tan and the Australian sites around Nui Dat. We had Tony, a lovely but eccentric 73 old that was a translator for the US army and worked directly with the Australians during the war. He was very knowledgeable and took us from site to site. Tony is lovely but very full on and I think his tour style enjoys a larger group, however, we grew to enjoy our time together as we fell into a rhythm and his catch phrase of “Same same but different” will last with us for a while. We felt a great sense of sympathy for Tony who talked about the fate of his friend that died at Long Tan. He bought flowers, laying them at the cross and we held a minute silence. The great thing about Tony’s tour is that he knew a lot of sites that are off the beaten track and managed to get us access to places that ordinarily you wouldn’t. Water is provided and Tony has a very good reputation with Aus Vets with testimonials. There really isn’t much left of Australia’s involvement in the war but what there is, Tony will show you. He was also very generous buying us all coffee at the memory cafe over interesting conversation. Thanks Tony!

I booked a private one day tour to Vũng tàu. Where wher eociked up around 7:50 at our hotel by our tour guide Khẳng and our private driver for the day. The drive from Saigon was 2 hours we had a comfortable car ride in a nice suv with air conditioning. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the history and places we went too.Our first stop was the statue of Christ, 1000 steps to the top it was amazing site to see. We learn a lot about the history of the statue.next we went to the war weapons museum in Vũng tàu where they where lots of old weapons from each country around the world displayed which was amazing also to see. After that he took us to lunch which was included in our tour to eat bánh khot. Definitely the best bánh khỉ we have ever had. He went across the street to get us a bowl of soup after which really filled us up the best bowl of soup a new dish we have never tried spicy and sour really amazing. We went to the white place after lunch and whale temple which was very interesting to see. From there after we spent the rest of the day on the beach playing in the sand and relaxing before heading home. We asked him for recommendations for dinner and instead of taking us back to our hotel he has use dropped of at a pho michelin guide restaurant and even had booked us a taxi back to our hotel. I highly recommend this tour. Khang our tour guide was very nice and friendly well spoken English also speaks Cantonese. We had a amazing time on this tour.

Mr. Ben was awesome. He took us to the Long Phuoc Tunnel where nobody was so we had the whole place to our selves. He also took us to the Song Vinh Church which was beautiful.

Our tour guide Alex was the best. Full of information and old photos. He even organised flowers, our national anthem and the Last Post to be played at Long Tan. I can’t recommend Alex highly enough.
