Enjoy the charm and history while winding through the narrow cobble alleyways with many sights to see, restaurants and shops. Come for the day, have dinner and see it lit up at night, especially along the marina. - Judike2United Kingdom415 contributionsThe Cathedral and Tower combined ticket of €5 is worth paying. The tower is quite an exciting climb ! It was very windy at the top but the views over the town were lovely. Take a look down the central hole from the top !

Built in the 15th century during the Venetian conquest, it was used for coastal defence and it has a total of four towers with beautiful views of the town. The fusion between architecture and decorative apparatus is perfect, full of illusionistic and perspective effects. I was walking around the town when I accidentally came upon the monastery and I probably spent around half an hour exploring it. Nowadays there is local Tourist office and also seat of the local authority. The structure is adorned with a statue of St. Ivan Ursin. The Gate features a splendid Renaissance design with rounded arches and banded columns. Delicious fruits and they have many local items. We purchased feta and a salami, and the quality was very high.
