The views were amazing and the crew were very friendly and pleasant! - LiaBrooklyn, NY6 contributionsMy partner and I capped off our first visit to Türkiye with a private Boat Trip by Captain Ergun — and it was the ideal way to end the lovely trip! Especially after spending the first half of our holiday in busy, bustling Istanbul — spending the day lounging around on the water was such a relaxing way to wind down our stay. ⛵️
We never personally met Captain Ergun himself, but we had a fantastic time coordinating the trip through + spending the day with his wife, Merve, and their other young captain. The whole day felt so luxurious and peaceful, and, to us, it was so worthwhile to splurge on the private boat rental. Everything was so peaceful, smoothly run, and felt really considered. Merve even picked up a birthday cake for my partner when I mentioned the trip was to celebrate his belated 30th — which was just so sweet of her!
All of the various swimming spots we stopped at were gorgeous, and we both certainly felt like we got the full day's worth of different locations (and then some). We even saw a turtle! 🐢 Plus, the lunch Merve cooked for us on the boat was genuinely one of the best meals we had our entire trip

You were shown to your seating area, there was a reasonably priced bar and the food provided was of a good standard and variety. The boat stopped in several places for swimming and at the village to walk up to the castle or sit and taste the delicious iced cream. No glass bottom boat or hotel pickup as stated when I booked, though. Our group of 7 in Kaş was transferred to a large boat with at least 60+ persons s from everywhere. - Andrea MLondon, UK8 contributionsWe did a day trip to this island. It’s wonderful, so pretty and the nicest of people. I wish I could have stayed the night. Great restaurants and coffee shops. Everyone was super friendly and hospitable.
The only downside was the queue both ways from the ferry through Turkish and Greek passport control. It can take an hour.
