    Can highly recommend "Making Mezes Easy" with Christine.
    Amber Travel booked this cooking class into our itinerary on their customized tour of Turkey. We were 4 couples traveling together that thoroughly enjoyed this experience of learning to cook meze at Christine and Cunyet's lovely home in the hills above Kas. A unique experience in the shade of their outdoor kitchen. The food was plentiful and delicious. This was the first cooking class experience for 3 of the men and they felt comfortable in the relaxed atmosphere Christine has created. There were plenty of laughs. We can highly recommend her class on all levels, for a fun experience, education in what ingredients make up the mezes of Turkish cuisine, a shared delicious meal and value. Many thanks Christine, Cunyet and Bashar.

    Brilliant Morning Cooking Authenic Turkish Lunch
    We cooked an authentic Turkish lunch in the hills above Kas with Ayse. This was a wonderful relaxing morning preparing food and chatting with Ayse. Her passion for traditional Turkish cooking and ingredients comes across with every dish.
    The Mezze dishes we prepared are easily cooked at home.
    Lunch was eaten on Ayse’s terrace overlooking Kas.
    Fabulous experience we would highly recommend this to anyone.

    More than a cooking Workshop...
    It was an opportunity for us to take place in one of her cooking workshops.
    She does not only do cooking, but also gives you the culture of that food, the geography, lifestyle and atmosphere that reveal the food.
    You find yourself in the middle of a story in Ayşe's workshops, which gives a new meaning to cooking. If you want to experience this journey, you should definitely attend one of her workshops.
