We were picked up by tuk-tuk and driven to a local cooking-class kitchen in a village. We each made our choice of four dishes. Ingrediens were prepared by staff while we were introduced to the vegetables in the garden. We made our food with guidance from the chef, and had the pleasure of eating the four tasty dishes afterwards. The were soooo delicious!!
Before ending the class we visited the local marked. A wonderful experience!

Based on a super coffee and donut tour experience in Portland by Lost Plate (yay Michelle), we booked this tour not knowing what to expect. The guides and tuk tuk driver were so nice and hospitable. The local eateries were special in their own way and the food was excellent and accessible (not weird or scary). The highlight was having a meal in the countryside in a home. This was the "real" experience of everyday life in Siem Reap that you won't get from the hotel or resort dining. One thousand stars!

This was the highlight of our trip to Cambodia for my family of four! We loved going to the local's market and seeing and learning about the different foods offered. Our guide was kind, patient, quick with a laugh, and provided great explanations of the unique vegetables and sweets we saw. The cooking class was set in an idealic location, overlooking a beautiful lake. The instruction was well thought out and easy to follow. The food that we made was absolutely delicious! Some of the best we had while in Siem Reep.

A really worthwhile and enjoyable evening. Our host was friendly, knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. It was great that we were taken away from the tourist zone as this gave us a much more authentic experience. The food was excellent, and allergies and intolerances were accommodated very thoughtfully. High recommended!

Vandy was our guide for the 4 hour street tour in Siem Reap and we loved him! So much so that we requested him as a guide for our Vespa floating village tour a couple of days later. His English was perfect and he told us all about the delicious local food as we sampled it, and culture as we were driven around by our lovely smiley driver Mr Toch. Highlights included chive cakes, beef noodles and tumeric fish noodle soup! We were also taken to this amazing Cambodian craft market, different from the mass markets that sell similar things. A lot of the wares were handmade and made from recycled materials, the women selling weren’t pushy either. Lastly, we tried crickets, grasshopper and silk worms!! (We were unsure of this at first but the taste was crunchy. I thought the silk worm tasted like prawns!) All in all, 10/10 recommend!

We had a great evening with Bunpheng, who introduced us to the locals’ evening market in Siem Reap. We stopped at 3 or 4 separate stalls and sampled a wide selection of local favourites, whilst being entertained at all times by our charming and interesting host.
Highly recommended for an insight into non-tourist SR, and particularly to meet a great local character.

Loved this tour! It was my first time to ride a vespa and I felt safe throughout the tour. I loved the selection of food because I rarely saw those in the restaurants I went to. Pace was good especially for someone who does not eat a lot. Kim was a good and informative tour guide who had great energy! Recommending this tour!

The decor was upscale yet warm and inviting and the personnel we encountered were all very pleasant and accommodating. The table and food set up was comfortable and wow what a pleasant view.
The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed the special bar drinks, the cucumber/cilantro infused vodka martini was great. And the massage was fabulous and very relaxing -a very nicely decorated.
Overall, what a wonderful trip. Special thanks to you for making (and then having to re-make) all the arrangements for us. We thoroughly enjoyed it and appreciate all the work the Natura Event put into our visit. We would definitely recommend the Natura Event and Catering as a great place to come to relax and enjoy yourself.

    Sincerely Yours!
