Located in the heart of Dubai's upscale Jumeirah district, Jumeirah Public Beach offers a unique beach experience against the backdrop of the iconic Burj Al Arab. the views of the azure waters and the sail-shaped Burj Al Arab in the distance is breathtaking. The atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, attracting both tourists and locals alike seeking a serene escape amidst the city's hustle and bustle. The beach is well-equipped with facilities to ensure a comfortable visit. Water sports enthusiasts can indulge in jet skiing, paddleboarding, and parasailing, while families can enjoy building sandcastles or taking leisurely strolls along the shoreline. The beach is also popular for evening walks as the sun sets, creating a picturesque backdrop for romantic outings.

Very nice park, friendly staff and a very good initiative to make people aware of Crocodiles and the dangers of the species due to human behavior

After sunset Dubai Garden Glow offers an amazing scenery for the little ones.

There are very nice illuminated motives which are divided into different themed areas. Some of the sculptures seem to be made from recycled plastic bottles.

We did not experience this as overly crowded and there were no long waiting lines or crowded areas.

The uncharge for the dinosaur area is not worth the money, as the overall look as well as the animatronics of the models did not impress at all.

UAE is a desert country, but you have to drive away from the cities to actually see the desert. Amidst the never-ending puzzle of zigzagging roads and towering skyscrapers, you can find some beautiful (and mostly huge) public parks, constructed by Dubai Parks Authorities. A big thumbs up to the Government for first conceptualizing and developing these parks and then maintaining them in these harsh climates in an immaculate manner. Now here are my 5-Pointers on some of the best Dubai parks. Dubai might not have a Central Park like New York, but there are many alternatives in different areas for some fun-filled picnics. (These parks might not be big enough attractions for tourists, but they are sure shot life savers for the residents)
    1. Zabeel Park
Activity Duration: A couple of hours of lazy strolls or a half-day picnic with a barbecue. The choice is yours.
Ratings: 7/10 (Tourists can club this park with their tour of Dubai frame)
    1. The Good: Huge area (we only explored one part of it and didn't go to the other side of the road). Magnificent views of the frame. Lush green grassy banks. Many play areas and lots of spaces to make your barbecues. Perfect place for a family outing.
    2. Thumbs down: Whatever that domed attraction was closed. Not situated on a beach so no water fun.
    3. The WoW Factor: Great picture opportunities with the magnificent Dubai Frame. All different angles can be assessed from here.
    4. Money matters 5 aed per pax. It's totally worth it.
    5. The 5-Point Experience: A great place for family picnics and gatherings You can barbecue or order food and have it here. The place is huge so doesn't feel crowded even on weekends.
My Verdict: Try out this park on a leisurely family weekend.

Good place to go as family, kids can enjoy the many rides. Rides are a bit expensive but nice. Could do with some street food counters as choices are less.

Just went for a stroll in the park. There were many Christmas functions and birthday parties in the park but there were enough open benches to sit. There are small kiosks where you can get some snacks and there is a restaurant also in the park.

Activity Duration: Picnic, Barbecue, or just lie around. From 1 hour to half a day.
Ratings: 7/10 (Tourists can club this park with Dolphinarium)

Amidst the never-ending puzzle of zigzagging roads and towering skyscrapers, you can find some beautiful (and mostly huge) public parks, constructed by Dubai Parks Authorities. 1. The Good: Well-maintained grassy lawns. Tick. The breeze from Creek. Tick. Walk along the sea. Tick. Children's play area. Tick. Barbecue. Tick. Attraction=Dolphinarium. Tick. Some cute bicycles and buggies to ride around the park. Tick
    2. The Not-So-Good: Some entry points are closed. And walking from one gate to another is really a hassle. Plus NOL card top ups not available on all gates. Need to address this issue as it is very very inconvenient.
    3. The WoW factor: Huge area. Well Maintained. Lots of play areas for kids. Creek view is a plus.
    4. Money Matters: 5 AED per person. Well worth it.
    5. The 5-point Experience: Dubai Park Authorities needs to be given big kudos for creating such places for the common public. You never run out of options for weekend outings in Dubai and this park is one such place. Huge place with a lot of options. We hired the small family vehicle (buggy that works like a bicycle) to drive around the park and that was super fun.
My Verdict: Just come here and have fun.

This is a nice green space in the heart of Downtown Dubai, next door to Dubai Opera House and the Burj Khalifa.

It is a great spot from which to watch the Dubai Fountains and hosts regular pop up events.

    It is free to enter.

Went to Safa Park as during covid, I thought the park at off peak hours will be good to keep them busy. First of all, there is a 3 aed fee to enter. The park security guy who checks temperature was stood there watching me get my tickets issued but when I gave him our tickets, he spent 5 whole minutes checking the tickets to make sure they’re not fake. SO PUZZLING! And when I nervous laughed, I got evil looks 😭

The play area were fantastic tho, we were alone and played at different areas. The nature, trees and plants were so refreshing, we even got to see several squirrels (I think they are).. Took a walk to where it said boats, but that is nonexistent now. The BBQ area was packed, lots of people without face masks walking around too so we stayed very careful.

After 4pm it started to get too congested with people and families setting up camp- so we left.

Overall a great day out to keep kids busy and a change of scenery with great views. BRING YOUR MOSQUITO REPELLENT SPRAY!

A nice park setting under the monorail tracks. Well groomed and the walking surface was wonderful. Gateway to a nice mall and monorail station. A chance to be in amongst a bit of greenery with the oval track treelined the entire way.

This is a nice park just behind the beach near Burj Al Arab.

The park is nice and green and there is a cool fish restaurant in the middle.

There is also a padded running track around the perimeter and play areas.

Great family place The place contains a restaurant, bathrooms, a basketball court, a volleyball court, a tennis court, a running track, a bicycle track, a quiet walking track, and green spaces with sitting in the fresh air among trees, plants, and flowers. There is a beautiful part that contains some rabbits, and there is a large lake with a beautiful view, especially at sunset and sunrise.
