They are true professionals in their field and always adhere to my wishes. There were never any unpleasant surprises, everything was done on time. In addition, the salon is very clean and cozy, and its staff is very friendly and responsive. I would really suggest not to waste your time with the others. Customer Service unprofessional because I have appointment 2 pm and they let me waiting 30 minutes. The women did Eyelash extensions do great job but they charged me more in the end not like your order / booking. They upsold it as it was the best choice. i went for it just to have my nails cracked after just 10 days. I'm not a complainer and was not looking for compensation, only a simple apology was more than enough.
They looked at me with disbelief and told me they never received a feedback of it. I paid AED 475 for a terrible work.
All to my surprise that they charged me for the removal of their awful job!!!
