The best park in Ukraine. Mezhyhirya is comparable but different style. I still prefer Uman Sofiyivka park to it.

Great fun for adults and kids. Good chance to take silly photos in a crazy park surrounded by beautiful old apartments and a view over the city. We really enjoyed it.

This botanical garden located in city center. It is very nice for walking especially in spring time and summer. You will see a lot of different flowers and trees. It is very good place for taking beautiful photos in summer time too. Location is very central. All flower is beautiful in the world and this garden a little more...

Amazing experience! Professional and friendly staff. Olexandr was very kind and helpful. He came up with the initiative to be our guide for free at the oceanarium, telling us fascinating insights about the creatures that we were about to witness. Me and my wife Ana are extremely pleased. Thanks for that and keep up the great job!

Very relaxed, a lot of coffeeshops, bars and restaurants nearby, in the evening very well lit. It`s romantic, too.

This is really amazing place, with special climate and view. And air, full of steppe flowers...
There is no public transportation so you either drive (roads are really bad!) or you take a tour. If you take a tour, it's better to take a private one because group tours are very short.
Be aware that you will need to go down, about 700m to cave monastery. Trail is fine if you do not have any walking problems. Stones are sharp and can break even car tyres, so take closed shooes, not sandals. I'd not recommend to go here in rain or after rain.
It's possible to go down to water and even swim, but only in case of private tour - group tours are too short for this.
You will need to pay for monastery visit (pay when you already go down). 20 UAH for adult and 10UAH for child. For this money you get a lecture about this place.

I set up a taxi for 500UAH to pick me up at my hotel in Vorokhta at 5am to bring me to Zaroslyak and I got there just under 6am- the start of the hike. There is a guard post 7km before Zaroslyak but there is a guard sleeping there and my driver woke him up. Make sure your taxi driver checks first to make sure that the guard working that night will indeed let you pass. I use maps.me (offline map that worked perfectly for the whole hike) but following the blue path up is super easy even without the gps on my phone. I went very quick and made it to the summit in 90 minutes. I then proceeded to hike all the way to Mt Pip Ivan along the ridge and arrived there in just under 7 hours from the start of the hike. By the time I reached Dzembronia I had been hiking slightly over 10 hours. I was lucky and a taxi just dropped a group off so I waited just seconds and paid 200UAH to take me to the main road. It turned out he was heading to Vorokhta so I paid an additional 100UAH otherwise there are buses I think for about 40. I drank 1 liter of water before I started hiking and carried 1 liter of water and truthfully there were enough springs along the way that I could have managed bringing just an empty bottle. In the summer it is light out until near 9pm so if you get an early start you should have no problem completing this hike. And if you are tired skip going up Mt Pip Ivan and that would save you at least 90 minutes. I know before I started people told me it was not possible but I had it much easier than some people lugging their big backpacks. But you do need to be in good shape.

There are lots of catacombs under the city of Odessa, Ukraine. Limestone dug from the tunnels was used to construct buildings in the city. We explored the catacombs with a guide from The Viking River Cruise Ship Sineus. During WWII Soviet partisans used the tunnels to hide from the Germans and to attack them. There were lots of relics on display as well as the remains of the partisan's living quarters.

I highly recommend anyone in Kharkiv to spend an afternoon watching the show in the Dolphinarium. Intelligent mammals that perform amazing numbers thanks to the young instructors follow them in a loving way. For young and old, don't miss it !!!

The waterfall "Probiy" is a visitccard of Yaremche. If you take a tour to Yaremche, thetour operator for sure will bring you to the waterfall. If you come by car to Yaremche, you will go for sure to the open-space market with souvenirs that is situated on both sides of th bridge across the waterfall. So, all the ways in Yaremche brings you to the waterfall.

There is a nice cafe "Probiy" situated near the waterfall with a marvelous view on the waterfall. It is a little bit old-fashioned but the view is worth going there.
