    As fun and useful as ever
    Returned to Hong Kong after 4 years away - the escalators are a great way to get up and down to Central from Mid-Levels, where I was staying. Handy restaurants and shops (an M&S) run either side. Just as fun and useful as ever

    Just what we expected
    Excellent service and very fast. The driver met us just outside of baggage claim with a sign and took us straight to our car. He took promptly to our hotel downtown and gave us suggestions and answered all our our questions along the way. Highly recommend Asia Cars.

    Good but can improve…
    The place is secure, wifi is good, there are directionals everywhere and the staff are friendly the thing is not so many shops visible (maybe because of covid) only vending machines, and the small buses were limited and if the terminal is busy it takes a while to take the bus and taxi because there are not so many vehicles on standby but overall its good.

    Highly recommend
    Great service. We had two people travelling to the airport, with multiple pick up and drop odd points between. The vehicle was classy, clean and comfortable. Will book again in future.

    Driver waited in Hong Kong
    While traveling in Hong Kong a while back, we realized we would be late for our ride with Rorider, but they went out of their way to wait for us and take us back to the hotel. They were in contact with us and told us they would stay until we got there. It was reassuring to know we had a ride waiting.

    VIP service in Shanghai
    I purchased a full VIP service for my business trip to Shanghai last year with a representative meeting me right after I left the plane. She took me to a fast channel which took me less than 3 mins at immigration!! (there was a long queue for normal channel that day and the rep. told me it will takes 30 to 40 mins with that queue). I did not have check in luggage so I walked out the airport just about 15 mins after landing!

    I'm sick of the taxi in China so I also reserved car service with them. The VIP service managed to take me directly to the car just outside the airport and the driver was standing there waiting. Overall the service is professional with wifi and water in car, and the driver clearly knew the way well to my destination. The only thing to be improved is the driver cannot speak English well. But I guess it is normal in China. I will definitely use the service again when I travel to China next time.

    Not operating during the pandemic
    The Airport Express free hotel shuttle service was discontinued in 2020 after the city was effectively locked down and closed to the outside world due to the pandemic.

    While the Airport Express train continues to run between the city and airport, there is now no free hotel shuttle service to the various hotels around the city anymore.

    Further, at this time it is not known if the hotel shuttle service will be restarted in the future. We'll have to wait a few years until Hong Kong is reopened and large numbers of travellers begin to return to the city by way of flights into Hong Kong International Airport.

    Excellent!
    Excellent! We took this service provider when we leaving Hong Kong. Driver is very nice helping out taking pictures for us. Helping on luggages. We try to tip him but refused. Gd driver

    Terrible driving standards
    I think we had 6 or 7 taxi journeys during our trip and the driving standards from all were terrible. The cars are all terrible, probably because they all drive the same rubbish Toyota. They're cramped, uncomfortable and noisey with very little luggage space.
