This tour was awesome! I was showed around all the main spots within HK that I was hoping to see. My tour guide (Kevin) is easy going and great to speak with making it an all round 10/10 experience , highly recommend!
Good excursion ruined by bad weather. Could barely see 10 m from top of Victoria Mt. Heavy rain made walking around the uneven small streets of HK very difficult. Dim Sum OK but not. For me
Great day out in Macau. Definitely have an egg tart and beef jerky at the temple stop. The Venetian casino is amazing. You could easily spend a few days in Macau exploring. This tour gives you a taste of Macau. Well worth it.
I took this tour with a couple of friends. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable about the areas we traveled to. She was also very contentious about keeping track of everyone on the tour.
This tour was the best!! BUT!! I think what made it so special was our guide, Andy! He really wanted us to see Hong Kong from a locals perspective. He explained local life, and how it was growing up in Hong Kong. Andy made sure we had a very local experience with Dim Sum, when we said we really wanted to try it. It was amazing!! It was one of our best tours even, if you wanted a local experience!! Thank you Andy, Susan and Family!
An excellent way to explore & find out more about Hong Kong.My guide was very knowledgeable & helpful .Lots of tips of where to go next & where to try local food .
Very interesting and enjoyable monastery tour. Although the weather wasn’t great - raining and very misty - Tamara brightened everything up with her smiles and helpful advice. Great to see the different types of monasteries and to have Tamara’s historical and cultural explanations about them and local history. Tamara gave us as much time as we wanted to explore and to take photos and even offered to take some photos for us. She also gave us an excellent recommendation for lunch at a local restaurant and for the homemade raspberry juice which they served! Highly recommended! Tamara is an expert and very friendly and kind guide!
We booked this tour when we had a long layover and wanted to see some of Hong Kong and we are so glad we did it. Our guide Jazz was excellent. She was knowledgeable and fun, and she personalized the experience for us. Between seeing the sights, learning some of the history, and eating some delicious Dim Sum, we felt like we made the absolute most of our time here.
Mr Chen is a first rate tour guide. His ease of sharing the history and background of the location was delightful. I was traveling for business and was happy to be able to take advantage of seeing this gem. It was well worth the time. I would recommend this to anyone interested in visiting the Big Buddha, seeing the magnificent temple, and experiencing the history of the 500 year Tai O village. If you get lucky as I did, you may even spot the rare pink dolphins during your boat ride (which does require an additional nominal fee from a local boat service). I plan to return again with my family for this same tour once again!
We had the most fabulous time with Alfred. He was well on time, friendly and enthusiastic about the day ahead. We went straight to the cable car station via the metro and were able to upgrade to a Crystal cabin which he helped us arrange. He took lots of photos for us and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of Hong Kong, past and present and great to chat to. The cable car ride is a must, as is Big Buddha and the Lotus Temple is beautiful. The bus ride to Tai O was comfortable and short and the village is very interesting. We enjoyed the boat trip and meal at the Hotel which is included and returned to our hotel a little tired but very happy. I can’t recommend this trip enough and would ask for Alfred again if we ever come back to Hong Kong.
Our guide Pinky was so thoughtful and thorough while she guided us around Hong Kong. We saw all the highlights, had amazing food and enjoyed every minute!
