Bill communicated with me about the course, where to meet and confirming
the workshop.
Bill is a fantastic teacher and organiser.
We were met promptly as planned at the railway station, then a delightful walk looking and explaining what we saw at the various food market shops and a little information about Hong Kong.
It was a small group of enthusiastic, amateur cooks (like myself), and 4 simple dishes, including dumplings. We watched then practiced. Then ate. Everything was delicious 😋
The class went longer than the 4 hours scheduled too. And, we could take home any leftovers.
Definitely value for money.
I highly recommend this class for beginners or advanced cooks.
