What a great way to spend a 15 hour lay over in Hong Kong!
We stopped in Hong Kong on our way to Vietnam. And I'm so glad that we did.
Hong Kong is such an awesome place, even from the little bit that I experienced (can't wait to come and visit Hong Kong specifically) we did the one tours of the Old Town Central tour with a Peak Tram Sky Pass.
It was really a great way to be able to explore and learn about the city. The audio is very detailed and informative and the stops are awesome!

Luckily the Big Bus Sightseeing starting point is right by the IFC Mall which is connected to the International airport by train, so it makes it the perfect activity to do, and the easiest way to explore a city you haven't really done much research on.

Definitely worth doing while in Hong Kong, especially during a long lay over from the airport.

My full day customised tour of Hong Kong was truly an amazing experience! I was impressed with the local knowledge, experience and professionalism of Mel, my tour guide. Mel was fully committed to making my tour feel as authentic and memorable as possible. I would highly recommend this tour to anybody wishing to get a good overview of Hong Kong in one full day.

Jacky did an awesome job as our guide! He is very knowledgeable and answers all of your questions. He gave a bit of a history lesson which was very interesting. We went to Victoria Peak, the financial district and an authentic local market where all the locals buy their fresh food. It was awesome! We highly recommend Jacky!

Ryan's knowledge, energy and enthusiasm kept us going! He was so organized that we were able to see so many things in our day and a half. We saw too many things to list here and Ryan shared so many interesting facts about Hong Kong along the way. He found us wonderful food and even a Burger King hamburger we wished for. He knew we really wanted to go to Victoria Peak and although it was shrouded in clouds most of the day we managed a tram ride and walk on the peak for the best views. With his knowledge we were able to avoid lines and crowds. I highly recommend seeing Hong Kong with Ryan.

You can get a free ride on shuttle bus from the ferry terminus to The Venetian to start with. From there catch a shuttle to Lisboa. From Lisboa you can walk all the way to St.Paul's and back. And finally ask the Lisboa doorman to put you on a shuttle back to the ferry.

I love Hong Kong and have been there before but my prior trip to Lantau was with a bus full of people on a dreary day. We couldn't even see the Buddha on my first visit. This tour was just a few friends and our guide, Jacky, who made every moment fun and interesting. It was a beautiful, clear day too.

We also did an evening tour of markets and food vendors where we tasted some local snacks and had dinner at a restaurant that only a local would have been able to find.

we did the private walking tour of lantau island, including the big buddha and tai o village. Our guide (Alex) really tried to find special things to entertain our young girls, pointed out good locations to try street food, and found us a nice spot for lunch on the beach. Having a guide was great, because navigating the queues for the cable car aren't straight forward and she was able to show us more of the village than we would have explored on our own. Unfortunately we didn't see any dolphins but that is a gamble with any tour. Though we had younger children (5-7), there is a lot of walking on this tour (probably around 10K steps) and it wouldn't work well with strollers. We only did this one tour with the company but Alex was very knowledgeable about the city and could likely do a great job with any of their tours.

We had just ended our 14 night cruise and Jacky was waiting for us where he said he would be. From the day we booked Jacky, he has been in communication with us. His vehicle was clean and large enough for our parties over packing. He brought us and our 11 bags to our hotel first to store luggage. We are all fit, well traveled and wanted to see Macau. I had no idea anything about Macau other then it was a place to gamble. It turned out to be way more interesting than that. Jacky lead us on a walking tour and educated us about so many details. We stopped for lunch in a Portuguese restaurant which was amazing. Then off to the casinos. Jacky was amazing! We never felt rushed or out of time. We all felt like he was our friend in a foreign country. I would highly recommend using Jacky again!!

We loved this tour! Stephanie reached out before the tour and we talked about what we were interested in, and she set our schedule to include the things we were really interested in. She also did a terrific job engaging my 12 and 14 year olds- even helping my daughter negotiate for a souvenir horse at one of the market stalls. When she learned my son loved Legos, she adjusted and took us to Langham Mall so he could check out the lego store. She was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We saw so much! I would highly recommend for folks with kids for certain! I can’t even list all the things we did/saw! Totally worth the time and money.

Nice walking tour in SaiKung. The weather was so so but the scenery was really nice. The tour guide Joven is a really nice fellow, knows his way around. Overall I would rate this tour excellent. Highly recommended.
