I visit Float every week for a cold plunge, and it's always a fantastic experience! I feel amazing afterwards, both physically and mentally. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind, making each visit even more enjoyable. The service and spa treatments are stellar, one of the best massages I’ve had in a while. I couldn’t be happier and satisfied with the result. From the first consultation to the final result. He made me feel like a queen. The whole team works so well toguether. Great relaxing moment during the wash. His assistant have the hands of an angel. Will come back soon for sure! Nice place, very clean, no waiting time, extremely friendly staff, just the perfect place to give you some rest and have a relaxing time. The therapist that I can highly recommend is Annie. She really knows her job. I usually go with my husband and he also prefers Annie or Sophie as a therapist.
We can highly recommend the place. The appointments are always something to look forward to. Thank you! Zena at the front desk was an awesome host and our 2 therapists April and Cinta were also both fantastic. We did body scrub followed up by hot stone massage, then the ESPA Jade facial services as part of the spa package. My fiancée was so happy as well since the day before we had a typhoon and it was signal No. 3 so many of our activities were cancelled such as cruises to the Ngong Ping Cable car, etc.
The team at the Ritz-Carlton Spa, Hong Kong outdid themselves—they surprised her with happy birthday signs and balloon, we got a private corner spa suite with the best view of the harbour (luckily this Sunday we picked wasn’t a crazy busy day), it comes with a delicious full 3 course meal and they accommodated her gluten free, we got an extra birthday dessert that was so tasty, in addition to 2 champagne glasses to celebrate the occasion. Then at checkout they surprised my fiancée again with an ESPA care kit to wish her happy birthday.
This was for a birthday gift to my fiancée and the last amazing spa experience she had was at the Ritz-Carlton in Bali, so I wanted to follow up on that and now we can both say it was the best spa experience we had in the world at the world’s highest hotel, it is simply remarkable and unforgettable experience. THANK YOU Ritz-Carlton Spa, Hong Kong for helping creating the most memorable and special birthday celebration for my fiancée. My neck shoulders and right leg were so tight and stiff after 2 months of sleeping badly and long flights. The therapist was extremely careful and thorough. I adore the manager- she’s very supportive and patient! Advice using their mobile numbers and booking in advance- they’re booked up very quickly. The cabins are neat cosy hygienic and comfortable. Discuss your concerns and get a marvellous service. I’m going to go back once a week to help me with stiffness and pain. - Sue W1 contributionI have been a loyal patron of this establishment even before it was renamed from Langham to Cordis. I especially wanted to make mention of Yosie & Jocelyn from their club lounge. Their assistance is above and beyond expectations in every aspect. I hope this establishment values them as much as I do. They first seat you in a barber like chair where they wash your feet and then you move to a movie style room with very comfortable chairs for your foot massage. - kth133Hong Kong, China22 contributionsI booked a half day trip to the Peninsula Spa for a relaxing afternoon with my beloved one. I specially arranged a private suite aimed for their in-room facilities which still available during Covid-19 like sauna and Jacuzzi.
The package is quite expensive but it is worthy with the excellent hospitality of the Peninsula Hong Kong. After relaxing treatment and spa, I enjoyed a 3 courses dinner at the pool side with the amazing view of Victoria harbour at the night time.

I was fortunate to receive a gift voucher to the spa which enabled me to have my amazing experience. I have selected the Ayurvedic massage as the description was attractive to me.
I was welcomed by the front desk in such a sweet and polite manner, followed by a greeting from one of the well-being team who showed me around the changing, locker and relaxation room. She was extremely polite and soft spoken when explaining the latest covid-19 rules and guidelines which the spa had to follow and what should I be expecting throughout my spa journey.
The environment was clean and efficient, there were lockers where you could store your items, bathrooms, and showers. Towels and other amenities were available for guests and the staff were all there to support.
Later on I was greeted by my masseuse, who sadly I have forgotten her name, who was attentive to my needs. And she had given me the best massage and spa experience I have ever had in Hong Kong! The massage was so nice I was truly a new woman after my experience as I felt calm and relaxed.
