    Great experience
    Bought a couple suits from Bobby Daswani, and had a wonderful experience. He was professional with the entire process, and offered a competitive price with a very quick turnaround. The suits look great!

    Great!
    My husband and I came here on our first day in Hong Kong. We absolutely love tea and were very excited - it did not disappoint. It is hard to find from the outside but once we got in Vanessa was so kind and talked us through the different teas, the makings, and their process. We did two food pairings which was amazing to taste the difference of the tea with the food - like wine and cheese pairing, very interesting. we really enjoyed the quality, the experience, and the friendliness!

    Tailoring at its Finest
    After hearing about the legendary reputation of Sam's Tailor, I decided to take a leap of faith with Roshan and his team, and I was handsomely rewarded in every way. As a lawyer, I work in a community that pays incredible attention to detail when it comes to men's' fashion. The standards we need to meet are incredibly high, and I knew it wouldn't be easy to create a well-tailored suit meeting those standards without me physically setting foot in the shop. But I decided to take the chance anyway.

    Roshan's experience shone brightly during the initial online consultation, and I was confident in his skill, creativity, and attention to even the smallest details. He walked me through a variety of fine fabrics and linings, and recommended many options I wouldn't even think about earlier based on his knowledge of men's' tailoring. It was obvious he knew his craft well, and was up to the challenge and then some. He carefully worked with me to come up with a concept design for a trial suit, and made me feel like he was my personal tailor. At times he was forward enough to suggest things I wouldn't have otherwise considered, but I decided to trust his knowledge. After all, he was an expert in his craft, just as I was an expert in mine. A few weeks later, I finally saw the finished creation, and he knocked it out of the park in every conceivable way. The suit was beautiful, lightweight, and stunned the best-dressed attorneys in the room. It fit like a glove, and I quickly ordered another suit, confident he would not only get the job done right, but make me look my very best for the courtroom. I absolutely recommend him for any tailoring project, big or small, formal, or fashion-forward, and won't hesitate at all to go back to him for any future wardrobe needs.

    Great quality tailor
    I have had shirts made several times at Empire tailor in HK. The shirts turned out great and have been quite durable. The first shirts I have used regularly for almost 2 years with machine washing and still look good.

    Recently also had two suits made which turned out well. They were accommodating for adjustmentss and did multiple fittings until the suit sat perfectly. Price is also fair.

    Get your suits made by Larry
    Really excellent experience having suits made by Larry and his team. He is calm, patient and very professional. He really has the eye for what makes a good suit. Very pleasant and fun experience. Yes, it takes about 2 fittings and it takes a bit of time, but absolutely worth it. Larry is a real old school gentleman

    Excellent event for a Bachelorette Party
    I booked Intime for a friend’s Bachelorette Party. It was the best workshop for a bride to be. Everyone got to make their own scent and the bride now has her own scent for her wedding day. Angel was great. She is well-trained in the art of perfume making and we all learned so much. It was so much fun choosing our top notes, heart notes and base notes. We can’t wait to try our perfumes out when they’ve matured at the end of May!

    I would highly recommend Angel and Intime. You will learn so much and have so much fun in the process. I think it’s perfect activity for friends, mothers and daughters and even for getting young people into chemistry.

    An Amazing Experience with OM Custom Tailors
    First of all, I did NOT go to Vijay's shop. I simply found him online. I dealt with a taylor for over 20 years from Hong Kong. I spent a king's ransom on clothing from him. I brought him untold numbers of customers. And then unfortunately he passed away. I finally decided not to be lazy anymore and went online. I kept thinking that I would be traveling, but because of Covid I wasn't. I had been looking for a new tailor forever, and so here I am.

    I am not sure why I picked Vijay's site, but I did and I thought, "Ok, I'll give him a chance. So, with nothing more than a measuring tape and an email account, I contacted Vijay to order some shirts. He provided me with exact instructions with pictures on how to measure myself. I followed those instruction (I thought) and sent him everything. Almost immediately, he wrote me back and pointed out a discrepancy on one of my measurements. I was very impressed that he caught that, I must say.

    He shipped the order very quickly. I think from the order date to receipt was probably 10 days but not more than 2 weeks. I was VERY anxious to open the package and try my new shirts.

    The first thing I checked was the quality of the material. Remember, I chose and bought this sight unseen. Vijay understood what I wanted and gave me some absolutely amazing material. It is soft, comfortable, luxurious cotton. I then looked at the stitching and overall manufacturing. Exquisite! Then on to the fit. In the simplest terms, he NAILED it!! Everything fit perfectly and he put all of the custom touches that I requested.

    All in all, I could not be more pleased. The fact that I randomly chose him amazes me, but I am thrilled that I did.

    Trust Vijay to make your custom tailored clothing. You won't regret it.

    Great personalised experience
    We got recommended Bee’s diamond by a friend, and our engagement ring is set with Mr Bee. He has helped us realised our dream engagement ring- one that is far better and more breathtaking than what we had envisioned.

    The master level of craftsmanship with the expert degree of customisation with excellent details on the ring, all handcrafted, together with the personal touch of Mr Bee’s service, made the entire process of ring setting with Mr Bee one that is trusting, comfortable and enjoyable. There was no hard sales or coercing like other stores, Mr Bee promised quality and this is what he delivered.

    Just don’t be put off in seeing the location of Bee’s diamond is in Central. Mr Bee’s place offers a wide range of inventory selection (and yes by inventory I mean you don’t have to make a booking for viewing certain selected stones several days in advance to have the stone delivered to store, because Mr Bee IS the inventory) that varies in price and yet not compromise in quality (table clean), so there would be something for everyone.

    Bee’s diamond is the place to be if you are looking for exceptional quality and master craftsmanship. And our special thanks to Mr Bee for his exceptional and personal service and enthusiasm that goes above and beyond.

    Manhattan Tailors is my permanent tailor in Hong Kong. Very helpful, professional and informative, Roger delivers a product that fits perfect, and is delivered as promised using the finest materials available. The craftsmanship and fit could not be better. I could not justify going anywhere else.

    Heritage building repurposed into HK brand incubator
    The former Police Married Quarter (PMQ) in Central was restored and repurposed as a creative and design focused shopping venue in Central back in 2014. You won't find the typical luxury and international brand name shops here However. This is a social project whereby affordable space has been set aside for local entrepreneurs, seeking to showcase and grow their businesses as art courses, galleries, lifestyle and consumable products, clothing, fashion, jewellery and all manner of creative shops. There are a couple of casual eateries and coffee shops as well.

    In short, if you want to see local Hong Kong brands, there are around 100 small shops that line the floors at PMQ. There are also large scale seasonal decorations along with occasional exhibitions and events that have made for interesting experiences and reasons to visit PMQ over the years. You'll find PMQ along Aberdeen Street in Central. Shops have respective opening hours but are generally open from late morning until evening each day. The venue can be a bit crowded during midday weekends and public holidays but is usually far less crowded than our higher end malls.

    Popular street market in the Mongkok District
    This is one of the peculiar street markets in the Mongkok District. It is situated along Tung Choi Street north of the Ladies Market. Between Mongkok Road and Bute Street you will find traditional pet shops one after another. Here you'll see your cats, dogs and bunnies. However, as you approach Bute Street further north, the shops quickly shift into aquatic pet stores. This is where will start to notice bags hanging in front of the stores with lots of fish, plants and the likes. This is where Goldfish Street gets its name.

    Love it or hate it, this is the most popular market in the city for Hongkongers to purchase aquariums and equipment, common and exotic fish as well as exotic reptiles, amphibians and insects. You will see a wide variety of freshwater and saltwater fish, shrimp, crabs and plants. Keep you eyes peeled and you'll also so turtles, tortoises, frogs, lizards, salamanders as well as tarantulas, rhino beetles, scorpions, stick bugs and other creepy crawlies.

    Note; There are quite a few shops that don't want pictures taken so be mindful of the 'No Pictures/Camera' signs when browsing around. Ask the shopkeeper if you are unsure. Also bear in mind that this market usually gets up and going around early afternoon. As such, don't bother trying before lunch when most shops are closed.

    Older mall of the K11 chain. Mid to high level stores in a huge mall setting. Restaurant selection is mediocre and a well as a small food court.

    As usual (except for the Pandemic last year) saw Khan on his trip to New York and ordered a new Sport coat, Pants, and Shirts. They were delivered in record time and fit perfectly. Always perfection.
