Great selection of drinks at reasonable prices (for HK!) and doesn't include a service charge (was $80 otd but more than happy to pay this as it goes to the band). Surprisingly great jazz band with personality and soul. Ended up staying 3 hours longer than planned as we had such a good time. A shame I didn't visit this place earlier in the year but will definitely be going back for happy hour and more music! 呢款cocktail係以Gin Mare做base，混合其他調酒、青瓜及homemade黑加倫子果醬等調製，更用咗薰衣草做garnish，感覺優雅🥰
飲落味道fruity之餘帶點草青香味，而且客人可因應自己想要嘅甜度將底部嘅黑加倫子果醬與酒攪勻，幾啱女士飲😆
🌟Gin & Tonic Trolley（$160-$220）
呢杯酒嘅特色係客人可根據喜好於3款Gin、5款Tonic及4款Smoke中自由配搭，再由bartender推住架手推車仔，係客人面前即席調酒，整個過程簡直係一種享受😌
經bartender推介下揀咗Hendricks、Burma Tonic及Applewood，再加咗幾款dry fruits一齊調製🍸Hendricks本身帶有青瓜味，飲落好清新， juniper berry嘅味道亦好突出，而且仲有少少青檸味及applewood嘅煙燻味，口感清爽，推薦俾平時唔多飲酒嘅人😆
🌟Kyrsalis Shisha（$1200）
Kyrsalis係全港獨有而又創新嘅Shisha技術，特別在於兩層嘅玻璃設計，可過濾焦油之餘亦令水煙味道更long lasting，會較一般水煙健康，口感亦會較smooth👍🏻此外，水煙嘅雲石外觀設計加埋閃燈效果，亦比一般嘅shisha特別，真係又grand又fancy，打卡一流📸
呢款shisha最多可揀4款口味，店員依據我哋嘅喜好推薦咗lychee及mojito，另再加咗幾款dry fruits，味道甜甜哋之餘又帶點清涼嘅薄荷味，口感幾清香幾smooth😌

And The Upper Loft manages to fill the gap, so that many beginners like me are able to explore this activity and learn standard golf techniques from a professional coach at a very reasonable price. What's cooler? Find the Cookie DPT shop, take the side alley off Cochrane and you'll be there in no time. This is the creation of celebrated mixologist John Nugent and a sister establishment of La Rambla, the popular Catalunya style tapas bar at IFC.
Opening hours have varied during the 5th wave of the pandemic so best to check their facebook account for updated hours before making your way to Diplomat. What you find here is a small front room with space for probably 10-12 patrons along with standing space along the bar.
Diplomat prepares solid traditional and signature cocktails which have helped land them on the Asia's Top 50 Bars (#20) list in recent years. Drinks are reasonably priced for Central District, well-mixed and explained properly before being served. As impressive as the cocktails are at Diplomat, it is the burger that makes them stand out amongst peer bars around the city. Local publishers have crowned Diplomat's wagyu beef burger, which is properly and only prepared medium-rare, as the very best burger in the city. Having enjoyed a couple rounds so far this spring, I wouldn't argue against that claim. They are outstanding.
In the end, Diplomat is a neat little speak-easy outfit with great cocktails and burgers in Central. Me and my partner always go to Time, when we are in HK. We come back because of the nice bar and good cocktails. We arrived at 6:30 pm and requested in advance to release our table at 9:00 pm because there was a private party (WOW) just for wine tasting after 9:00 pm!
The bar owner uses just fresh and top-grade fruits from Japan for non-alcoholic mocktail. There is long cocktail and short cocktail choices.
I have ordered one melon juice with grapefruit juice mocktail. (HKD225 approx for one glass)
Always try Bloody Mary across different bars. This bar uses top grade tomato for my bloody Mary and it tastes superb!

Between us we had bought 7 drinks already. The women in charge proceeded to get 3 other staff members to forcably follow him to the table he was drinking at and then thoroughly humiliated him to prove he had bought a drink before allowing him to use the bathroom. the bouncer then laughed at our complaint.
