We came here for the stall featured in Netflix. Her food is tasty. We didn't wonder around for things other than the food.

We went on a group tour. The group tour did enjoy special allocation during the queue time for the elevators. Avoid peak time to visit.
After exiting on L117 take your time to go up to L123, level by level using the elevators. The lifts are super, hardly any jerks or discomfort.
The view is fantastic on a clear day. You see concrete buildings all round. The Han river is a sight to behold. The keen eyes can spot your favourite places, including the airport reserved for the real VIPs,including the US President.
There are good photo spots and a piano on one of the upper levels. Good cafe stops are also on the upper levels.
The shopping mall on ground level is huge.
You can allocate one hour for the Tower and another hour for the shopping mall.

If you are into visiting markets, this on is a must visit. If you are shopping you will be spilt for choice. However even if you aren’t shopping worth a visit exploring the little alleyways lined with stalls. Recommend going later in the day when everything is open. Heaps of little street food stalls as well also well worth experiencing.

I went to purchase a makeup foundation, and the people at CHICOR were very nice and knowledgeable. They made it easy for me to find what I needed. I highly recommend this location to those who want to experience diverse cosmetics brands in one place.

Food Court was amazing with lots of choices, but the foods are a bit pricey. Staff were very helpful. Location was very convenient for us since we stayed at Lotte Executive Tower and it was well connected with underground shopping too.

Very local meat market. A lot of varieties. We had lunch for 4 and spent around $112. You buy your meat and the butcher will bring you to the restaurant. They will charge 6000wons for charcoal and side dishes. Again, the market is very local, so be prepared of the environment.

Nice underground shopping mall that’s about 1km long. Lots of shops, but most of them sell the same stuff - clothes, accessories, luggage, shoes, purses, socks, blankets, paintings, flowers, and more.
We used to shop at Dongdaemun, but prefer Goto Mall now, at least you can see the prices upfront.
Two food courts, one on each end. Tarot reading booths and massage chairs, too. Get a 10 minute massage for 10,000 won.
Don’t get fooled about the clearance sale, same price the next day we noticed.

The market is easy to find. And it has fresh seafood that you buy and tell them to cook them for you at the second floor where all the restaurants located.

Hongdae is interesting as a fun and affordable student ghetto shopping area. The soldiers who are 19-20 year olds mingle with university female students, and young pop street performers are common. You can take line 1 or Seoul station two stops to 4 (Blue) Samgakji station to transfer to orange line 6 Sangsu station. (Exit 1 is at the intersection or cross the street from exits 3-4 escalators there). Three or so more stops (Sangsu) takes you to Hongdae or take bus 7011 Jungju on Dongmak-ro. From there, walk downhill on Wausan-ro. Bus 16 takes you closer to the head at Ol Cafe or the glass family Karaoke building. On foot, pass Gusto Taco and Nike to reach the sign to Hongik Univ. (Right). Another right at the Rooftop Camping jazz signs beside Hongik-ro 2-Gil reveals a busy Z Gen. strip of shoe stores and eats. (On the left side uphill toward the head of the street reveals clothing/apparel bazaar—split between men’s wear on the left and Women’s clothes on the right. Across from green Troubadour is a standup K-pop figure, JK’s Magic Shop (Jungkook). There’s also a Pop Mart across from Heuk Gwa Dang bubble tea and sitting in the Hollys Coffee above street entertainment affords a view up to H&M kitty corner from Footlocker.

A lot of different shops that the tourists must find something fit for themselves. The price was very reasonable and you can negotiate for more discount.

This is a really huge culture complex close from Yeongdeungpo Station. Good to visit.

    - The location is 5~10 min walk from Metro Yeongdeungpo Station. Underground Mall between subway station and the entrance has many affordable shops and they are worthy of spending time, too.

    - There are multiplex theater, department store, restaurant cluster, etc.

    - Really spacious. Enough number of escalators at each floor. Comparing to other gigantic shopping complex in Seoul, Times Square has some tranquility. Quite comfortable to shop around.

    - I was a little bit disappointed this complex wasn't having much places for relaxing or to have fun. Just eating and shopping for a short visit. I don't know if there were enough. We were unable to find, though.

Our "favorite" departmental store in Korea. Always try to visit their stores in different cities whenever time permit. Excellent ambience, big & very classy, lots of great products. But very upscale, very expensive . Great for browsing especially the supermarket. But not for buying.
