Before I start my review I recommend calling Captain John for a private charter. He is cheaper than all the other companies and is flexible with time. (680) 778-7333.

    Anyways....

You have to come here if visiting Palau. This place is included with most tours but it was a must stop on my list. Although you don't need to spend a bunch of time here you do need to pay it a visit. The mud is soft and feels nice on the skin. Plus you can get creative and draw on each other of yourself with it. It's located in a beautiful lagoon where you can swim for a while.

I embarked on an otherworldly adventure at Palau's renowned "Jellyfish Lake," and oh, what a marvel of nature it was! over thousands of golden, stingless jellyfish surrounded me, and the experience felt surreal and magical, like stepping into a dream. As I snorkeled in the lake, these ethereal creatures gracefully glided around me, filling me with wonder and tranquility. Need to hike a bit before arrive the lake which tested my fitness, but the reward was beyond compare—the chance to connect profoundly with nature. However, I must mention that the water quality was a bit unclear on that day. Nevertheless, I cherished the moment with swimming with jellyfishes. It's an enchanting journey, and the memory lingers long after leaving—a must-do for any Palau traveler seeking to be truly enchanted beneath the waves.

Remember, do not put sunscreen before go there, which to essential to preserve the delicate ecosystem and all jellyfishes.

The waterfall was very nice to see, but the walk back to the top is exhuasting! At the bottom of the steps where you reach the water, you can either walk along the rocks and river (which is far nicer), or walk along a jungle path which is quite overgrown.

It is a sand bar where you can walk along. It is more picturesque from the above. It is also might not be visible during the tide.

A group of six of us recently booked a week of diving through Palau Dive Adventures. From start to finish, each step of the way, they took care of every detail. Everything from greeting us at 1:30am at the airport, chauffeuring us to our hotel and various restaurants, planning 18 of the most spectacular scuba dives over 6 days, delicious daily bento box lunches, a fabulously equipped boat that was comfortable and roomy, and the guides, led by owner Jason, were the most competent, fun, professional crew that at all times made me feel safe. We saw "the Serengeti of the ocean" on our dives; mantas, sharks, tuna, barracuda, hundreds of schools of colorful fish and amazing coral and sealife. Our hotel, Palau Pacific Resort, was spectacular, the included breakfast buffet hearty and delicious, the setting stunning and the rooms while simple were clean and perfect. We are looking to book again! Palau Dive adventures offers you a window into this beautiful Archipelago of Islands.

I dived with Sam’s Tours as part of an organised overseas group trip with my local dive shop.
Everything was easy - we were collected each day from our hotel and transported to the shop. Lunch was included which we chose the day before and was always tasty. There was WiFi at the shop.
The dive guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. Due to our group size we quickly split into two based on how quickly we wanted to dive (mostly photographers/non) and arranged our buddy teams ourselves within that which the guides easily adapted to.
The dive sites were amazing. We had a couple of average weather days which they adapted to and gave us options about if to dive/where to dive based on the bad conditions which we decided on as a group.
On our final land based/offgas day we had a choice of trips we could do (at an extra cost). I did the land based tour of the island which was excellent - the guide was a local who was very knowledgeable about the island and the areas we went to.
Overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend diving with Sam’s Tours.

I think this company is the best for many reasons. First of all Charito, the sales manager, personally replied to my inquiry and she is easy to correspond with giving a personal touch to the booking fitting my diving needs..I knew immediately I was in good hands.. I am a medium rare diver and I wasn't as experienced as most of the others and I was WELL TAKEN CARE OF and HAD A BLAST! I truly feel that everyone that works there goes out of their way to accommodate the different divers fitting their diving needs. Shout out to Mark, Johann, Troy and Uddi. You all are my HEROS! Along with the entire shop, You ALL ROCK AND ROLL.. PALAU offers some of the world's best diving, you want the best operator.

Flew with Smile Air for the Rock Islands tour. I could not be more happy with my experience. Besides the sites being unreal, the customer service & professionalism was some of the best I’ve ever experienced. They were so flexible because of initial bad weather. They picked me up from my B&B. We took off but weather wasn’t great visual so they said they would land & let me go again later that day if it cleared up, which it did for no extra fee. While I waited they dropped me off in town to have breakfast than back up again. It was worth every penny

I did several trips with them, and all of them were very nice. The staff are both cordial and knowledgeable, and the tours were for a fair price. I learned a lot about the geophysical creation of the islands, the culture, and the marine life. Staff was also laid-back and approachable and thought along during the planning process.

For doing solo-kayaking the nice feature is that this can be arranged last-minute with them. The start of the rock islands are in their backyard and can be reached within minutes by kayak.

I can fully recommend their services to others.

My husband and I recently did the 40 minute sightseeing flight over the Rock Islands. As a person who isn't normally enthusiastic about flying in a 6 seat cessna plane with an open door, I quite was surprised at how much I ended up enjoying the experience!

The company was incredible throughout the whole experience. We booked very last minute, but they sent a complimentary van and a super friendly driver out to pick up us from our hotel and take us to the airport. We waited a few minutes in a nice, air conditioned room, before taking us out to the plane.

Once I got over the initial bumps of the small airplane, I was blown away by the sights of the islands below! In my opinion, it's the best way to see Palau. The pilot was also very nice, pointing out points of interest below, and acting as a guide during the entire flight.

An amazing experience, that can't be missed!

We were diving with 7th Wonder Palau for 5 days and doing the snorkel tour on the day 6 with them as well. Everything was perfect, the dives, the boat, diving staff and boat crew were awesome. Hopefully we will come back and dive with them again!
