We wanted a good guide and driver, nice accommodation, vegetarian/vegan food and to see some amazing sites. Max was very responsive to my requests and arranged airport pick up and drop off as well. We were delayed flying in and Max was able to flex things for us so we could get some sleep on arrival. Everything worked out so well - the sights were fantastic and the expereiences memorable, all accompnaied by our helpful guide, Nazgulya. The yurt stays were a highlight. The food exceeded my expectations; as a vegetarian, I initially had concerns, but I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of options available. The accommodation surpassed what I had anticipated. Kyrgyzstan’s beauty and diversity were remarkable, and one of the standout moments was the Kyrgyz night, which was incredibly enjoyable. Our guide, Saltana, was exceptional, and our driver’s super friendly and fin. You will be lucky if they both happen to be on your group tour. - JR6 contributionsExcellent tour company! Everything was smooth and Aibek was very responsive and helped to customize our tour to suit our travel style and needs. We enjoyed our 6 days tour in Kyrgyzstan with the guide, Aijamal. She was very interactive and shared with us a lot of Kyrgyzstan. We understood more about Kyrgyzstan's culture through her. We had an enjoyable trip with her who made it fun and interesting. We always felt safe in her hands. I would recommend tourists who are coming to Kyrgyzstan to book with this company! Excellent! One week trekking through Tien Shan Mountains, on week a Jeep Tour to nice places in Kyrgyzstan. I appreciated that the service Silk Road Explore offered was exactly what we agreed before and was published in the Internet, it was absolutely reliable. During the trek the guide Evgeniy was considerate of the members of his group with their different physique; the walks were adapted and Evgeniy helped if it was necessary. He chosed nice trails through the mountains and good rest places to build the tent. In the evening, he cooked excellent dinner with the simple possibilities one has on an Trek. Evgeniy could tell much about the landscape and has a good knowledge of plants and animals. He has also much knowledge about weather conditions and how to move and behave in mountain area. - SMN2 contributionsI had an amazing 3 day trip on horseback to Song-Kul. The horse was great and my guide very nice and experienced in the area. It was a highlight for me to do this trek with horses in Kyrgyzstan since I'm also a passionate horse rider. Thank you very much for the beautiful experience! The manager(Ellesse and Billy) and our tour guide (Mr. Kasi) were very helpfull and welcoming because of which we were able to enjoy the country to the fullest. - @thenomadiccanadians34 contributionsGreat experience from start to finish. Daniiar was a pleasure to deal with. All communication excellent and within a day provided us with two itinerary options. After booking all questions answered very quickly. Our driver Marazat was perfect. Great English, very knowledgeable and fun to be with for 5 days. He made our trip better than anything we could have hoped for!! Both of these lakes are must see if you have time. They are both beyond description and 100% worth going to.
