One lady from Dubai and a gentleman from Seoul. Mr. Ulan conducted himself very well and made us feel at ease and we mixed around well and shared our other travel adventures. Mr. Ulan knows his job well and I had a wonderful time. I am very sure the other two participants would also shared my experience. Baile and Adi are so nice people and we had good communication.
We went to hiking to beautiful mountain and went to waterf, so I enjoyed the stunning view.
baiel helped me a lot even though I’m beginner of hiking. I really appreciated.
Hotel pickup-drop off and lurch are included and the restaurant they took me is so good. I really like foods there.

- Vivian YuNew York City, NY138 contributionsOnly had 24 hours in Bishkek and wanted to see as much of majestic Kyrgyzstan as I could! I had a fantastic day with Baiel exploring the countryside and major sites in Bishkek city. What made this tour special was that it felt as if I was on a roadtrip with a long-lost cousin - Baiel and I talked a lot about his life in Kyrgyzstan and his hopeful plans for the future, his own experiences abroad, and the history and background of the sites we visited. Such a cool, personal, and authentic experience - thanks Baiel for a great day together!
Couple of other notes/recommendations:
- Bring a hat and sunscreen in the warmer seasons! There is a good amount of outside time on this tour and it can get toasty.
- Have some cash on hand for incidentals like souvenirs. We attempted to buy some strawberries from a roadside vendor and I didn't have any local currency.
- I was able to customize my tour start time as I landed in Bishkek early that morning and needed time to check in to my hotel and get settled. I'd like to thank a lot to my guide, Maksat, who is so helpful and knowledgeable for all places and everything about Kyrgyzstan..you're doing great job! I went to Song Kul with Talgat and his team in early September 2023. The tour took me past some of the most scenic landscapes, enjoying the best views on the drive to Song Kul.
The stay in the yurt camp was lovely and felt very comfortable and the tranquility and peacefulness on the lake was so soothing for the soul.
As a female solo traveller, I felt well taken care of for the whole 2-day tour, everyone was super professional and fun to be around and I can only recommend this tour to anyone! As it was still “off season” in April some tourist places to stay/eat were closed but our guide and driver took excellent care of us and made everything work out.
Also the people in the support office team were fantastic making sure we were comfortable.

We included as many places as we could see so the itinerary was packed. We were pretty happy with the choices of accommodations (though we found none of them supplied any glasses in the bathroom for brushing the teeth, or the electric sockets were around 2 meters high above the floor.... But they were minor things). We enjoyed the food on this trip very much because it was the first time out of many overseas trips, we could order what we wanted from the menu—such a treat. - JimmyNew York City, NY14 contributionsThis was such an amazing tour! I had a 2 night layover in Bishkek and chose to go on this tour for the one full day I had. I'm so glad I did because it was the highlight of my time here. We started off the day visiting Burana tower where my guide, Boca, walked me through the history and significance of the landmark. Afterwards, we drove into the mountains for lunch and the horseback ride.
Lunch was at a local guesthouse in the valley and the food was so delicious. They had an assortment of bread, handmade strawberry jam, and a medley of vegetables to start. I was actually quite surprised at how fresh everything tasted as I went during winter. The rest of the meal was equally as enjoyable featuring homemade soup and a chicken and mashed potato dish.
Horseback riding was of course the star of the tour and we rode into the mountains. Since it had been snowing earlier the trek up the mountain was stunning. Undisturbed snow flanked by the most amazing view of the mountain valley made the whole scene look like it was out of a movie. Words can't really do it justice but trust me it was beautiful.
Aside from the attractions itself my tour guide, Boca, was wonderful. He is fluent in English and so friendly. The journey to the valley where we rode the horses was about 2 hours by car but chatting with him made the time fly by. In addition he was so attentive and always checking in on me to see if there was anything I needed.
Overall this tour is absolutely the best and I would highly recommend it for anyone travelling to Bishkek. A quick note is that since I went in the winter, the valley won't look quite like some of the photos on their website but I think it is equally as gorgeous and there's a lot fewer people as well.Written 14 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. was seamless from before the trip. Mars gave us list of things to get and we were well prepared. We were 2 adults and two little kids and the whole itinerary was comfortable even with kids. We totally enjoyed every bit of it. We rode horses, slept in yurt camp, hiked on mountains, swam in the hot spring water and much more. Mars is an amazing guide who is very knowledgeable. He was kind to make tea parties for us by the rivers and introduced us to some Kyrgyz delicacies. Kyrgyzstan is a beautiful country with breathtaking scenery. - Lukas51945 contributionsWe went on the 5 day trip with visit Bishkek in July 2024 and it has been absolutely stunning! Our amazing driver and tour guide Ruslan has navigated us through the streets of Kyrgyzstan and showed us the highlights of this hidden gem.
From sleeping in a traditional Yurt camp the Son-Kul lake at 3.000m elevation to wonderful mountain and canyon views near the Issyk Kul lake, the tour had it all in a very compact amount of time.
I can recommend this experience to everyone who wants to have a great overview of the country in a short time.
