I went on the National Park and Bishkek Tour combined day trip, and I must say that Faruk was a wonderful guide, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I took advantage of the paid extra option to be collected from Manas airport, which was great for me as it reduced any initial stress. From there we went into the stunning Al Archa national park (and got some terrific pictures), before sampling traditional Kyrgyz food and getting an overview into the main sights of Bishkek, including Osh Bazaar. For those who have a limited time in Kyrgyzstan, I can think of no better way to spent a day in the country, as it combines so much in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, definitely would recommend it to the first time visitor!

If I'd only had time to do one tour in Kyrgyzstan, then I would go to Song Kul with Datka Travel all over again!
I went to Song Kul with Talgat and his team in early September 2023. The tour took me past some of the most scenic landscapes, enjoying the best views on the drive to Song Kul.
The stay in the yurt camp was lovely and felt very comfortable and the tranquility and peacefulness on the lake was so soothing for the soul.
As a female solo traveller, I felt well taken care of for the whole 2-day tour, everyone was super professional and fun to be around and I can only recommend this tour to anyone! Thank you!

I was very satisfied with the tour led by Mr. Ulan. I had seen what I wanted to see and took many photos. There were another 2 passengers in this tour. One lady from Dubai and a gentleman from Seoul. Mr. Ulan conducted himself very well and made us feel at ease and we mixed around well and shared our other travel adventures. Mr. Ulan knows his job well and I had a wonderful time. I am very sure the other two participants would also shared my experience. Thank you Mr. Ulan I will always remember this adventure.

We did a half day trip today to Ala Arche Park booked through Get-Your-Guide. What an amazing day, the scenery is breathtaking (literally - being over 2000m altitude) with its clear, sparkling, gushing river, the impressive snow-capped mountains and green alpine-like pastures. It was a Saturday and there were many people in the carpark as this is also a place the locals like to visit in their free-time, but they tend to stay near the entrance. And so we left them behind and were more or less alone on our 3 hour trek up the gorge. It was about 20 degrees and we got away with leggings and t-shirt. Take plenty to drink and if you do want to hike be sure to wear hiking boots or trail running shoes as the path can get slippery with loose grit and stones. Our guide, Ulan, was amazing and talked to us about Kyrgistan, Bishkek, history, culture and social aspects. Can highly recommend this tour if you have a few days in Bishkek and want to get out of the city.

Kiril was an amazing tour guide. Quite friendly and accommodating! We had a fantastic experience during the entire time of our tour. Canyons, lakes, mountains and people.. we loved every bit of it! Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan are indeed a hidden gem and untouched.

Kyrgyzstan is a beautiful country but many of the must visit lakes and sights are far spread across the country. The terrain is beautiful but very challenging to self drive. The history is varied and culture is diverse. This is where Visit Bishkek was so good and ensured that we a enjoyable and rewarding experience in this country. Aibek is a great guide. He pays so much attention to every little details. A man very genuine and very experienced in his field. The hotels and home stays and yurts were carefully selected and the food choices were adapted to our dietary needs. Changes, even if a the last minute, were gladfully accommodated into the itinerary. Aibek did everything he could to ensure we had a fantastic stay in Kyrgyzstan. I will strongly recommend his services

We joined the 3 days tour arranged by KG ATLAS. The boss guide Mars is very nice and informative.
We went to many places in the city tour such as Ala Too Square, Lenin Statue, Manas Statue, Victoria Square, Osh Bazaar. The great thing was having lunch in Ala Archa National Park, the roasted trout is big one and very delicious.
The days in Issyk kul Lake were very exciting and unforgettable. The local food Kamatta is very special. We do the hiking in Fairy Tale Canyon and Barskoon Gorge and River. The view of canyon, waterfall and river were all stunning.
Mars boiled some tea for us and we were having a great moment for sitting along the Barskoon River. It was perfect. Also, we were arranged to stay in the Yurt at the lakeside of issyk kul. It was an excellent experience We can walk to the beach of the Lake for having a charming view of sunset.
Last but not the least, Mars drove us directly to Manas International Airport on time, so that we can took the flight to Tajikistan.
We were having a great moment in Kyrgyzstan, and we highly recommend to join the tour of KG ATLAS in Kyrgyzstan.

a private trip for 6 of us , in 2 large confortable four wheels drive cars, we experienced Kyrgyzstan, coached by Mars and Tahal , our host and our driver. from Bishkek where we had our first taste of loacal cusine , to our trip around the Karakul lac, we were blessed to be there during the Nomade games. Such a beauty , yurts in the plateau in high altitude, colorfull costumes , and horse acrobatics, were some of the events we had witnessed. Aside of the games, we wnet up mountains, stay in Yurts, have wonderful time in seclude lodges , and enjoyed horse ridding . Not to forget expereinced picknic prepared by our hosts , along a mountain stream , alone , just us , such a private trip.
We went up high in the mountain, top of a sky resort, and we did that with the crew operating the lifts , kind enough to start the whole thing for just 6 of us.
Unforgettable. I wish to many to try , hoping that these pristine places will remain so for a long time.
Thanks Mars and Tahal, we will not forget you (how , we took more than photos) and hope that we may again come to this still virgin country

Well worth the effort! The canyon hike was challenging but the views at the end were amazing. Great guide who helped me get up the rock barriers safely.

Baiel was a wonderful guide, who provided a great experience in the beautiful National Park! Baiel was very knowledgeable and attentive, finding the best spots for pictures, great communication and always in time.

If you are looking for a great day tour from Bishkek, I definitely recommend this route and Baiel as guide!

This was a very fun, authentic experience. If you want to stay in Bishkek overnight but feel like venturing into another world in the mountains during the day, this is the tour for you. There is also a restaurant we visited that served the most beautiful kebabs you will ever taste. Once again, my guide Talgat provided an unforgettable day out.

An amazing and exhilating intensive 5-day trip in Krygyzstan! The trip was individually customized by Datka and turned out to be one of the best travel experience we've had, as it was different from others and allowed us to be in the nature, sampling a nomadic life style. Issyk Kul was a vast ocean, except for the face it was surrounded by snowcapped mountains. Staying in a yurt next to the lake and waking up to a sunset across the lake was memorable. Datka founder, Talgat, proved to be both professional and personable guide and offered us an understanding of the rich history, culture and customs of the land and mountains. Could not recommend the company higher.
