Our guide for the day was Faruuk (sp).

Nothing but great things to say about him and the day tour. He explained what we were seeing - took us to a great restaurant for lunch - willing to take us hiking as far as our legs would carry us!

Clean car - great driver. Nothing but thumbs up and 5 Stars!

I visited a few places with Faruq, a guide who spoke good English. He was driving a car 🚗 also, so it was convenient. We were in Osh Bazaar, and I bought some great bread 🍞. Also, I bought a kalpak, a Kyrgyz Hat. Later, we saw a couple of museums, gardens and a few landmarks of Bishkek, including several squares and a mosque. We finished with a lunch and later Faruq took me to the hotel 🏨. Tomorrow I am going to Issik Kul Lake in a private tour with the same guide and the same travel 🧳 Agency, Data Travel 🧳.

If I'd only had time to do one tour in Kyrgyzstan, then I would go to Song Kul with Datka Travel all over again!
I went to Song Kul with Talgat and his team in early September 2023. The tour took me past some of the most scenic landscapes, enjoying the best views on the drive to Song Kul.
The stay in the yurt camp was lovely and felt very comfortable and the tranquility and peacefulness on the lake was so soothing for the soul.
As a female solo traveller, I felt well taken care of for the whole 2-day tour, everyone was super professional and fun to be around and I can only recommend this tour to anyone! Thank you!

As someone who had already been to Ala Archa in the summer, I was curious to see the way it looked covered in snow. What an experience! It is beautiful anytime of the year, but going on a weekday in January was just perfect. The park seemed almost empty, and the landscapes were breathtaking. My guide Talgat was so warm and wanted to make sure I was comfortable throughout the day. Highly suggest Datka Travel!

I had a good day. I started in Bishkek, when Faruq, my guide, picked me up at my hotel. Then, we went to the Ancient Burana Tower, which is Amazing, a must see sight. Later, we moved closer to Issik Kul, the famous lake. We had a short but refreshing lunch, and then we finally reached Cholpon Alta, a small place by the shores of the Lake Issik Kul. There, I took a boat 🚢 for almost an hour. It was a nice boat tour around the Lake, with the Mighty Tian Shan Mountains in the background.
Later, we went to a nice Spa, with natural and hot springwaters, very good for health and relaxation. Later, we briefly visited for a few minutes a couple of old and abandoned cemeteries on the road 🛣️ to Bishkek. Faruq took me back to my hotel 🏨. Very Good Experience. Datka is a reliable Travel 🧳 Agency and Faruq is a good guide, able to drive safely and speak good English. Very satisfied.

Kiril was an amazing tour guide. Quite friendly and accommodating! We had a fantastic experience during the entire time of our tour. Canyons, lakes, mountains and people.. we loved every bit of it! Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan are indeed a hidden gem and untouched.

a private trip for 6 of us , in 2 large confortable four wheels drive cars, we experienced Kyrgyzstan, coached by Mars and Tahal , our host and our driver. from Bishkek where we had our first taste of loacal cusine , to our trip around the Karakul lac, we were blessed to be there during the Nomade games. Such a beauty , yurts in the plateau in high altitude, colorfull costumes , and horse acrobatics, were some of the events we had witnessed. Aside of the games, we wnet up mountains, stay in Yurts, have wonderful time in seclude lodges , and enjoyed horse ridding . Not to forget expereinced picknic prepared by our hosts , along a mountain stream , alone , just us , such a private trip.
We went up high in the mountain, top of a sky resort, and we did that with the crew operating the lifts , kind enough to start the whole thing for just 6 of us.
Unforgettable. I wish to many to try , hoping that these pristine places will remain so for a long time.
Thanks Mars and Tahal, we will not forget you (how , we took more than photos) and hope that we may again come to this still virgin country

Epic trip! Pickup at hotel was at 0800. first we drove to the ancient Burana, a UNESCO world heritage site. We walked up the minaret and also visited the monuments. All of my questions pertaining to the once thriving settlement was answered by Mars. We then drove to a row of restaurants mainly visited by locals to try kattama, a bread made fresh, and to enjoy chai before our trip to the Konorchek Canyons. The Konorchek Canyons is an eight mile round trip walk through narrow gorges. The walk can be done by anyone at any age. Upon arrival to the canyon the contrasting shades of red pop out as the sun shined brightly. It was breathtaking to say the least. Mars took me to some great viewpoints where we took his drone and captured some beautiful pics. It was very peaceful only hearing the occasional quails and wind around us. Highly recommend Atlas and Mars to take on this epic trip.
