Great way to spend a morning or afternoon! Hotel transfer was perfect and the arrival area is really organised as well with lockers for storage for 100 baht. Starting with the zipline course you whizz through the trees to the different platforms in a group accompanied by very safety conscious guides. They are also very keen to film videos and take photos for you!
Once you're back round to the starting point you'll be paired up with an ATV guide and ride through their course which had great terrain, not too difficult for beginners and your guide will direct you around the course.
There's a swing they'll stop at looking over Kata Beach which is a good photo opp. They'll also ask if you want to go to Big Buddha which you are taken up to on a truck. Unfortunately, Big Buddha was closed due to landslide repairs when we visited but you are able to walk around the car park and gift shop area which also has great views of the surrounding beach. Definitely recommend this while you're in Phuket, was one of the most fun mornings we had over there!
Amazing attraction. It is a must to go with your family. It is advisable to go to the longest A+ program. The guides are excellent, funny jokes and strict safety. The 6-year-old was delighted. Do not go to the program at 15:00, take it earlier, because 2.5 hours only for riding, otherwise you will not have time to eat and walk on the bridge. The food is extremely high quality, the choice is small, but the quality and composition are amazing. The attitude of the staff is sensitive, not island Thai. After the park closed, they led us arm in arm to the bridge, because we did not have time to look. It is normal to take pictures on phones, at the end they offer very expensive videos and photos (the price is significantly lower for a family - for example, 1200 baht for one and 1400 for three), photos and videos are of excellent quality, take everything at once, you will not regret it.
It surpassed my expectations. My son and I booked for 1.5 hours, This was perfect for us. Great guide, lots of tracks, fab views. From pick up to drop off, it couldn't have been better.
We’re are a group of 10+ with young kids, so safety is our utmost concern. Sufficient coaches were assigned to take care of our group to ensure all kids are well taken care of. One of our kids got scared when he got to the highest point and want to withdraw, coaches were experienced in handling the situation and eventually all of us were about to finish the entire ride. It was truly an amazing experience for us. While all the coaches were great, Ericsson looked after our group well. It is arguably the best and safest zip line park in Phuket!
Whole experience was a 10 out of 10. Between the easy booking and efficiency of their processes, it was the staff that was the icing on cake. Never once did I feel unsafe.
Zipline experience was great. Highly professional and safety measures well managed. Great for young and the younger seniors. Slight uphill walk to warm up the muscles. A half way resting point may be necessary for some but manageable.
We had a good time, but there was a lot of driving involved as we’d come up from Panwa Bay. ATVs were the best, but be aware that you’re in Thailand in regards to safety precautions!! Bamboo rafting was good and the monkey cave temple was cool, as was swimming in the waterfall. Would have been nice if there had been information given at the turtle conservation, but the baby turtles were very cute!
Very pleasant staff, views, experiences they loose one star because we paid for 10 Ziplines and got maybe 7 if the skateboard one is counted and the so called 500m long was not even 1/5 of that length so in the end we feel it is even more pricy for what we got that we thought
So you know - we were 2 adults and 4 kids (1 kids as adult since 19y/o) we paid almost 300euros for 10 ziplines and 30min ATV.
Else the teams both Zipline and ATV were very friendly, funny, proposed to take my phone all along to make pictures and videos, gave us water after we finished and also cleaning supplies to remove the mud we had all over us.
Zipline was a great experience all round made better by our guides Som and Om (pictured). They were attentive, fun and did all the photography on our on phones. Great guys both.
Excellent adventure, friendly people. Staff was very nice and made us feel safe. I will recommend this adventure to anyone looking to see more of Phuket and get closer to nature. Beautiful views.
This was a great adventure, but not enough that I would return. The staff and concept are great, but it's essentially GoApe in Thailand. All very safe but no gloves provided which meant by the end our hands were raw. Now, I'm a little bias becauseI've been ziplining in Costa Rica which truly was above the treetops- this is not and you don't see much. It's also sweltering and for each activity you have to climb the same steep hill ... That said for what it was it was good. Depending on the package you get lunch included which wasn't too bad and a photographer follows you around - you can get all the pictures for around 1000bhat. Also went on the Roller ride which was a bit hairy because due to no gloves, it was really difficult to grip and hold on and if you Let go, you go upside down. TAKE GLOVES off you do this activity.
Also shop around for deals -Viator is extortionate in Comparison to the deal I got with Ticket2Attraction - I saved around ÂŁ70 for the same package including transfers. That was also cheaper than booking direct.
