This is a long day with lots of variety, but do expect quite a lot of travelling as it is quite a way to the national park.
If you have any physical disability this may not be for you as the kayaking is harder than you imagine, and if you are a little unsteady on your feet the hiking is a definite no-no.
We however had a lovely day, kayaking through the mangroves and then hiking, which although only for 1.5 ISH KM, was very Rocky underfoot. Dinner followed (very nice), and then onto a hotel for an hour with thermal springs, before the 1.5 hour drive back. A full day, preffesional in its timings and our guide and driver kept us entertained and safe..
