Arrive early to enjoy more rides
    Clean park throughout day
Loads of places to sit on benches or walls and plenty of places to eat and drink
    Very colourful park
Best rides I think are Guardians of the galaxy, Soarin and Radiator springs car race.
Tip! Use single rider lane for car race, so much quicker. We went single rider and ended up in the same car twice. Car seats 6.

We went to Disneyland and Disney California Adventure Park (DCA) from March 12th (Sunday) to March 17th (Friday). I reviewed DCA separately (sneak peek: long lines, constant ride breakdowns and long waits).

We had Genie+ tickets and hit the park most days before opening.

We went at March break and yes, it was busy. We planned our days, used Genie+ and found that we could go on many rides with minimal wait. We were fortunate that Indian Jones opened on the last day of our trip and we were able to get a Lightning Lane pass. The ride was great.

The cast members were friendly and notwithstanding the crowds, the experience was super fun.

Everything at the park is moving towards reservations. For example, you order most food via mobile order. It took us an order or two to figure out the system but once we did, the mobile ordering was easy to use. Even the Dole Whip was mobile order and that is just a bit strange as you need to pre-order it rather than getting it on a whim.

Bottom line, we had a super fun time, made lasting memories and the trip (and Genie+) was worth every penny.

We visited downtown on the day before going into the parks. Which worked out great because I don’t think is would had the energy to shop on the Disney days.

Having said that be aware not everything sold in the parks is in World of Disney. We saw loads of stuff extra in the parks.

There are a few restaurants and other shops. This area is in no way on the scale of Disney world equivalent.

Band playing was a nice touch and created atmosphere. Area was beautiful in places, especially at night when lit up.

Beignets ( hollow donuts) sold in Downtown are awful, don’t waste your money.

Everyone at the park from the gate attendants to the ushers was friendly and helpful. Tickets reasonable. Digital tickets worked out well. Bought preferred parking, but wasn't necessary because of low attendance. Good view of field from every seat. Disappointed because Trout did not play. But Ohtani scorched two hits, but no home runs.

Really nice place to go with tons of choices upstairs and downstairs. VERY BUSY on Saturdays, would probably go as a couple and get something small. Also half parking lot is $7 valet, other half is free. If in a hotel nearby, might be worth the Uber/Lyft/Taxi.

We had a conference here in November, all of which was perfectly functional and satisfactory, but the overall cost of things by the vendors was eye watering. Seems that when you have a captive audience you are fair game.

Went to a Ducks game and had reasonably priced tickets in the upper bowl. Security and staff were friendly and helpful in locating our seats. Had to pay for parking, but it was easy in and easy out --- great traffic flow after the game. Worth a visit if you enjoy hockey!

We were excited to watch this show. We showed up 1hr early and got told to move behind a white rope that pushed us back. The system they have is terrible. My kids wanted to go back to the hotel because there legs were sore from standing. We were told to stand up by disney staff. There are so many people you might get lucky to glimpse it. People squeeze infront of you, its like your packed in like sardines. They need a better system. After the show you have to hold onto your children and family its like a mob rush after. People can get divided very easily. Fantastic show if your able to get on the front without being pushed back
They need to rethink this show seating.

    Top tip!
Do single rider line, first time we were on the ride in 10 mins second time 20 mins. This was when the average wait in the standby queue was 60-120 minutes. I got to ride with my husband on both rides, it’s pot luck but worked out for us.

Definitely worth doing the ride, it’s fun and fast.

This place if you have kids from say 1 to 12 is the best, its only 26 bucks in, there are unlimited rides, no queues, its clean well run and not a rip off. We brought our 1 and a half year old and she absolutely loved it. We spent about 2 and half hours there, there are plenty of places to take shade and sit down, park the buggy and toilets etc. we thought it was a perfect size for kids, you can let them loose as it’s not a big area, and then there are 2 roller coasters and a drop ride for the Tweenies, we went on the rollercoaster (minus the baby) and it was really good. There is also a small animal petting area where the kids can brush goats and a pig and there are chickens. Also there is free parking. We liked this place so much we went twice in the same week. Cannot fault it 10/10.

Definitely up there with the best ride in the park. If you have been before and remember the hotel tower ride then just imagine more drops!
    Highly recommended

What a wonderful natural treasure in a busy metropolitan area! Our family had been at Disneyland the day before and we needed a down day. This park was perfect for our group. The grandkids played on the playgrounds and most of the adults walked the trails and enjoyed the birds on the lake. We were there too late to rent the swan paddle boats - rentals closed at 3 p.m. (Maybe stay open longer for afternoon visitors.)

The entrance fee was reasonable for our group $3 per car (for 12 people). There were restrooms and sink stations available. Beware the squirrels though! They are not afraid of humans and will come right up to you! We are glad we found this nice place to relax.

This area is amazing, you really feel like you could be in the film set.
The two rides in the area - Rise of the resistance ( No Genie+ but good time was about 10am) we did this one once. 20 mins wait about 10am.
Smugglers Run (can use Genie+) are both worth doing. We did this one twice. Waited no longer than 20 mins.

Glad to find this ride was still in the park, great ride for all to enjoy. Have the breeze, scents and the odd golf face aimed at you. Definitely one of the best!

This is a super fun rollercoaster. My only reason complaint is that the speakers behind your head are turned up so loud that it gave me a terrible headache.
