- AlbertSalichsManresa, Spain22,069 contributionsRiviere Souterraine de Labouiche is a river located inside a cave and it is located near Foix, in the South of France. I came here twice the last 6 months. The first one, I came alone and discovered this curious place, which you visit on a boat. Really very interesting and nice, and not usual. You can see little waterfalls and rock formations. So, I decided to return with my 8 years old daughter some months after, because it is a very nice place for children. Really, very unusual place to enjoy children and adults.

Overall the experience was truly amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, while doing their best to improve your experience. This is more of a kayaking club, so it is family and friends oriented. You get all your gear provided (wet suit, life vest and helmet).
The safety briefing was prompt, and we had a lot of fun in the stops (high jump in the water and body drifting through rapids). This experience was very exciting and excellent value for money. At the end we were even offered a last short run in another type of boat.
We will certainly go again and we couldn't recommend this club enough!Written 27 July 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Charles was very responsive in our planning process and was very friendly when we arrived to the shop. His bikes are in excellent condition and he supplied us with the batteries and all the necessary equipment such as locks and tools to repair the tires incase they popped. We rented them for two days and were able to see so much of the Pyrenees Mountains and the local surroundings. We were even able to ride up to the top of the Mountain (Prat D'albis) where the Tour de France raced and ended. When we returned the bikes, he was happy to hear about our adventures. I highly suggest renting from Camino Velo. It was a great way to see the local area and the customer service was local and no fuss. Merci to Charles!Written 2 August 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- DeborahHamilton, Bermuda6 contributionsTrek across the Pyrenees to Andorra.
Our group was quite small; four of us.
The Pyrenees are amazingly beautiful and diverse. I was in awe of the majesty of the mountains, the sheer beauty and the splendid flora and fauna.
Our guide was Anne Arran and I must confess I had not realized Anne was running solo. I thought I was dealing with a larger organization.
The trip was disorganized and the hotels we had been booked in had been done on booking.com.
Anne had never done this trek before and was constantly looking at her sat nav on her phone for directions. Restaurants had not been prebooked and it was hit or miss.
Having done many climbs in different parts of the world one has a certain expectations of a trip like this and sadly Anne fell short,
Having said enough of the guide I will end this review by saying that the trek itself was absolutely out of this world. The Pyrenees is not to be missed. There is so much history from the Cathars and the persecutions, to the freedom trails, the passeurs and all that helped refugees escape the horrors of the war.Written 13 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
