    Ok if you just want to say you went to Disneyland Paris. But if you want the true Disneyland experience go to Disneyland
    I wasn’t impressed with Disneyland Paris. On a much smaller scale that Disneyland California. Just didn’t have that “Happiest Place On Earth” feeling here. I would not spend any the money to go there again!

    Needs to make some improvements
    A mixed feel coming home. This is my 3rd time of visiting Disney land paris. No it dosent touch the side of florida and how amazing that is ! However lack of friendliness needs to be addressed. Most of the staff don't seem to want to be there ( it's supposed to be a magical place) unhelpful and rude. It didn't ruin our experience but it does take the magic away of a happy place. The food places aren't the best. We had a full board food package which was great in terms of what was included but just lacked in variety. In places the park looks tired and needs some work & maintenance.Lastly the characters where are they all ???? we had a 3 year old that so desperately wanted to meet minnie mouse..... she is no where to be found - how can you meet micky but not minnie??! I feel this is so disappointing. Not just that the lack of other characters??!!!! Even in the parades ..... where are all the characters. I will definitely but saving to go back to florida in the future Unless changes are made.

    First class service
    So impressed with this company. When we arrived at CDG airport the driver phoned me to say he would be there in one minute & perfect timing, he duly arrived. He was a very nice gentleman & helped us with our baggage & was so polite & speaking to our grandchild. We had a lot of luggage as we had a baby buggy & also took our own travel cot since we heard the ones in Disney were not great. That was not a problem as the minibus had loads of space in the boot area. There was myself, my wife, daughter, partner & grandson & our prime concern was our 18 month old grandson getting a proper car seat for the journey. We need not have worried as he had a proper infant seat in the vehicle as well as a booster seat if required. The journey was very comfortable & I was impressed by his driving. Some taxi drivers drive recklessly to get you there but I could easily see that he was a safe driver. Very important, especially when you have an infant in the vehicle. The taxi was booked to collect us at the Newport Bay Club hotel for our return journey at 10am. He duly arrived slightly ahead of time & once again he was so polite & friendly, packing all our luggae in the taxi. The road to the airport had big hold ups so he new the back roads like the back of his hand & got us to the airport in a timely manner. I told him which airline & he said he would drop us off at Terminal 2D although my boarding pass said Terminal 2B. He was spot on as he dropped us off right at the Easyjet check in area. We will probably return to Disney Paris in a year or two & will definitely use this company again.

    Just Okay with Bus Issues
    I made many tours while in Paris and this is the only negative review I am leaving- All the others were great. I have just two issues. The first one is that Disneyland Paris was a below average experience because so many rides were closed for various reasons. So we did not get to enjoy a lot of the rides we wanted. Also, the first ride we got in line for had us waiting for an hour and then it malfunctioned. We were asked to come back later with no time given. The staff was friendly (heard nightmares that turned out not to be true). My second issue IS with the tour group. The bus driver dropped us off and said to meet at T52 parking lot at 7 pm and he would leave at 7:05 pm- period. This was not the same spot he dropped us off at. We decided to get to the bus early around 6:30 only to find out parking T52 is fenced off. So, nobody can park there and no place to wait. We tried calling the tour company, but it was closed. We met other guests who were also looking for the parking area and bus. The bus actually rode in at exactly 7 pm and parked in a different area and we had to run and ask if he was our driver. Five minutes later, he drove off. We mentioned the issues locating his bus and he just said that he made it clear that he was leaving at 7:05. So, assuming a lot of guest had to uber it back to their hotels. My suggestion is that they drop us off where they will pick us up and that the bus driver be there at 6 or 6:30 and not just suddenly shows up out of nowhere and take off in five minutes.

    Not good value.
    Had terrible rainy,cold weather. Sold overpriced plastic rain covers. Most rides closed. Long queues.

    Enjoyed day but coach service was lacking
    We enjoyed the day but the reason we booked this package was because we had young children, youngest being 4 and thought comfort and convenience of coach transfer over using much cheaper rail was best. The coach going to Paris took 2 hours due to traffic and it had no air con on a day it was 24 degrees outside. The toilet was full of excrement and my 9 year old was in agony near Paris for toilet. Coming back was better and boat trip was good hence 3 stars but we should have used rail in hindsight.

    Transport to Disneyland Paris
    Other than Google Maps leading us to the side entrance of the building where the bus picked us up, the experience was fine. I would have appreciated being able to stay at the parks until closing rather than when we had to leave.
    There are other options if staying in Paris, such as the train. My wife really wants to stay at the resort hotel next time and I would consider that if we ever go again.

    Lovely time
    Lovely staff, really welcoming and helpful. We went on a Tuesday and got 40% discount which was great. Lots of different fish to look at and the penguins were amazing. I feel the fish and animals are well looked after too

    Good experience
    Nice place to shop, though limited collection at stores. the bus stop from where bus had to be boarded was hard to find, had to call tripadvisor to coordinate with the vendor! bus ride is comfortable and not crowded

    Very good experience
    Friendly driver, arrived early, good communication, comfortable ride with 2 adults and 2 kids (booster seats provided). Would definitely use again.

    Holiday heaven
    Pirates of the Carribbean ride Walt's restaurant The hotel Cheyenne absolutely brilliant. The Molly Brown for quiet time and relaxing Casey junior for a fun ride. Peter Pan ride cos I love it and our IST ride every time we come is the Teacups we absolutely love love love it but then I'm a juvenile 69 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
