- Lorraine GChatham, UK32 contributions1st time stock car racing and my boyfriend dragged myself and my son along, must admit I wasnt excited about it but boy was I shocked at how much fun and enjoyment we both had, was a totally fantastic night, bit pricey mind but an enjoyable experience, the only downside was trying to get hundreds of cars off the field at the end of the night with no marshalls to assist!! That was the only downside, SORT IT OUTWritten 6 August 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Ray NBury St. Edmunds, UK988 contributionsI visited the fort as it it was a short walk from my hotel. To be honest there isn't a lot to see but the information boards explain well how it would have looked in the day. It's worth a visit if you are in the area.Written 12 November 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Julie PGrays Thurrock, UK61 contributionsIf you’re in Caister this is worth a short stop. There is a small lay-by right next to it. There’s not a lot left of the fort but you can see some of the moat and remnants of the original layout of the fort. My 12 year old Grandson found the information boards useful to work out what the fort might have looked like . There is still part of the road that went down to the sea and also a cobbled alleyway.
This is by no means a major attraction and if you are expecting a large fort you will be disappointed. However, with a bit of imagination you can think about the Romans who built this fort around 1800 years ago.Written 6 August 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
