It was a perfect way to start my adventure across Iceland. I arrived earlier in the day, and although a little weary from the travel, Ester provided such an enthusiastic and informational trip through the local food hot spots, it was worth every minute and bite. The places she took us, along with local tales, history of the fishing industry, dinner-time traditions, and personal stories all provided for a fun-filled evening. The food choices offered a keen insight into what traditional foods make up Icelandic cuisine, but also one of the best hot dogs you can find anywhere. It was a great historic walk and you won't end up feeling hungry.

We booked this tour to learn more about Iceland’s history and help with getting our bearings around the centre of Reykjavik.

Our guide was Stefan I who was very friendly, fun & engaging. Stefan told us so many interesting stories and facts about locations on our walk.

We were a small group of three couples and Stefan made sure to involve everyone as well taking an interest in what everyone was doing/were going to do during their stay whilst also providing some of his own recommendations.

This is a nice and fun introduction to Reykjavik!

We stopped in at Reykjavik on a cruise. We learnt more about the Icelandic culture on this walk with Sara than we did on the $600 AUD bus tour the previous day. Well done Sara, and thank you. Tony and Lidwina from Aus.

Learned a lot about Lava tunnels. Our guide was both informative and funny. Great way to spend an afternoon on a cold rainy day which is not uncommon in Iceland. Very close from Selfoss or Reykjavik which makes it nice.

The Lava Tunnel Tour was fantastic! My time in Iceland was short so this tour was a great way to get out of Reykjavik and experience a must see Iceland wonder in just a few hours time. The transfer was very convenient and on time with a friendly, informative driver who waited on site while we enjoyed the adventure. Our lava tunnel guide was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable and engaging with guests. She answered questions easily and provided a very entertaining and enjoyable experience. She was safety conscious at all times and arranged the group to ensure everyone had a successful trek. I recommend grabbing a provided hiking pole or bringing your own for extra stability when traversing the rocks. It made the hike very doable and comfortable. This was a highlight of my time in Iceland. A few hours after my visit, the Volcano on Reykjanes Peninsula erupted and, as I watched from the distance, I had a whole new sense of the power of lava!

Loved this little walking tour! Stefan made it very fun and entertaining. Whether you belive or not, it was a lovely introduction to some of Iceland's folklore and great spots to visit. The beautiful cemetery was the best! I also revisted the secret garden a few times over my stay, to enjoy the sunshine and flowers.
    Thankyou!

This trip came recommended from family and it was definitely worth its weight. Being able to see more of what Iceland has to offer (plus in the comfort of a newer charter bus) made the trip enjoyable; there are 3 major stops you make, staying to explore the sights for an hour (for 2 of the stops/ 30 min for the last stop) and all of the time made it easy to view and appreciate the beauty of the interior of the island.

This is a peaceful and calm way to enjoy a tour. Even in late summer, you definitely want to bring a warm jacket/parka, hat & gloves to stay comfortable.

Thanks to our excellent and humorous tour guide, Albert and the driver for keeping us comfortable, safe and entertained while learning much!

There is much off-road travel that gets you to some of the best off-the-beaten-path natural scenery. Our guide took us on a 1.5-hr hike in Landmannalaugar that cuts in between beautiful, colorful mountains and past giant lava fields. Other stops include amazing waterfalls, lakes, and rivers. There were many incredible views on this trip.

Mathias was a great tour guide to show us Reykjavik! He was exceptional because he also is a tour guide for history/folk tours of the area. Our group got a lot of added benefits in this aspect, in a relaxed environment while hitting some great bars for the beer/booze tour! Highly recommend!

I'm so glad we found this option because it's way better than what we were seeing on Viator and similar sites. Oli was wonderful and it made for a great start to our Iceland layover vacation.
We got the airport pickup we need to not have any hassles with all of our luggage, and to make every minute count for our brief time, and to try to stay awake after flying overnight and needing to get adjusted to the time zone.
We were met promptly and got help with the luggage, and very friendly guidance around the Reykanes peninsula -- hitting tons of sites and spending just the right amount of time to keep us and the kids (14 & 10) engaged and a bit enlightened.

One of my favorite tours. We had a beautiful day and our guide, Noki, was the best. He shared info about the city as we walked. The tour offered a mini-meal at each stop. Not just a cracker or a taste! A light meal! Noki was fun, informative and high energy.

The site is tremendous, quite unlike usual cave systems.
The guide was wonderful. She was
    very helpful, explained many interesting
things and was always in control allowing at the same to
look around and get a feeling of this magnificient tunnel.
    One of my best experiences.
