    Nice town
    Very beautiful town! There is alot of story there, a lot of stores to buy sovenirs, food and more stuff! the only thing that its a little bad it is a little crowded

    Review of: Stockholm City Hall
    Stunningly Significant
    Not only are the public spaces of the courtyard with the organ and outer facade elegant—the indoor space is out of this world. Swedish artistry of mosaic work in gold tiles, mythology themes, history, tapestry, curtain fabric, furniture, furnishings surround you. The annual Nobel gala banquet is here in the Great Hall. Must See!

    Review of: ABBA The Museum
    Awesome fun time!!
    This is one of my favourite museums in Stockholm! 100 percent worth it!

    I am not a major ABBA fan (honestly speaking) but I enjoyed my time there immensely. There was so much information about the entire ABBA's journey - from how they met, and how they grew as a group of four till disbandment. There were many interactive elements too, which is great for children and even adults!

    Remember to book your tickets beforehand~ and enjoy your time there.

    Review of: Kungliga Djurgården
    wonderful
    I loved Stockholm. The airport is 20 minutes from the city. The city has beautiful well maintained architecture. The trams, buses, and trains were easy to use yet we really enjoyed walking. The city is vibrant and clean. There's also a lot going on! The Vasa museum was great to visit as well as old town. The sites are closed to one another.

    Review of: Fotografiska Stockholm
    Favorite museum in Stockholm
    Only second time at this museum, but fell in love with it forever. It’s not a very convenient location, but sooo worth getting there and the views are nice. Beautiful area outside. They also have a super cool bar/lounge/restaurant inside. The museum is open till late (11 PM). You can come for some culture and hang out too. Exhibitions are always top notch. Nicely organized and curated. There are some social exhibits too, but I passed them with my eyes closed both times (too sensitive). Elizaveta Porodina exhibit ОКНА was out of this world! The New Black Vanguard and Andy Warhol exhibits were superb too. I also like a gift shop there. If we lived in Stockholm, we would for sure acquire a membership.

    Review of: Skansen
    You will need the whole Day!
    Skansen is a marvellous place to visit for all ages. It would be easy to spend the whole day in only one of the many areas on offer. The largest proportion of what it does offer are original reconstructed dwellings from all over Sweden. Beautiful Farm buildings but also workshops, and craftsmen and woman doing everything from glass blowing to weaving and boat building. This remarkable place is well maintained and cared for by enthusiastic staff and volunteers. It actually has happy looking animals too as part of their Zoo.
    There was entertainment included in the form of a small Band that put on two completely different performances in different locations across the site. Excellent singing voices and stylish presentation.

    It has been a wonderful day which was not actually long enough, we could easily visit again tomorrow. The contrast between this and another place recently visited could not be greater. Skanes Djurpark near Hoor, was utterly appalling at every level.
    Skansen on the other hand was fun, interesting and good value.

    Review of: Royal Palace
    Had a parade
    The palace was nice each room had a functioning clock. Very elegant banquet hall you can imagine 187 elegantly dress people dinning. There is a parade at 12 past band and everything.

    Review of: Monteliusvagen
    Scenic walk.
    Visiting our son so he took us here. It was in the evening so the sun was setting, great views and bonus hot air balloon’s out in the skies.

    Art and sculptures
    Free museum that has art and sculptures. Good for a budget and with older kids who can appreciate the art. Would be nice for couples. Not the most expansive collection but will be worth 1-2 hours

    Sometimes the best things are for free
    Great museum with free entrance. One of the best museums we visited. While you can read a lot of information on display I suggest to take the audio tour with you. It gives you so much more background info. its just 30SEK pp

    Review of: Sodermalm
    Fantastic weekend
    We had a fantastic time! We stayed at Hotel Söder, a small private owned hotel with nice staff, great location and a fantastic breakfast. From there it was walking distance to great stories and memories for life. Everything was close. Metro is about 150 meters away. Love to come back one day!

    Beautiful cathedral
    We visited at a time when it was free entry. It is a beautiful peaceful place where I sat on a bench inside to take in the the atmosphere.

    Review of: Stortorget
    Well worth a look
    Yes it is a touristy square but it is well worth a look as there are some very pretty buildings here.

    Come early in the day, or late, and it may be quiet, and a couple of the restaurants and cafes seem pretty good too.

    Review of: The Swedish History Museum
    Free to visit and good exhibitions
    This museum is free to visit. It has a good collection of Swedish historical artifacts. I really liked the Vikings part. It is on the ground floor and is more interesting than the rest of the museum. Good to go in afternoon after you go to your first choice or consider for a budget
