    THE MOST MEMORABLE DAY in LUCCA!
    I just REBOOKED Giuseppe’s one-of-a-kind cooking class in magical, Lucca! My daughter & I first attended the his day of local shopping, pasta making, food prepping, cooking lessons & olive oil & wines tasting in 2017. We’ve since referred other family. I just rebooked the class and are returning again this summer ‘23 so my husband can experience it all too! The bonus- Guiseppe is a fabulous & passionate conversationalist about all things Lucca, cooking, & Italian delicacies! His elegantly set dining room is the added treat - Sitting with newfound friends to share the incredibly delicious meal we just prepared together. You’ll remember this day for years to come!

    Best day in Italy
    If I could give a review higher than 5 stars, I would. This was a magical day. It was highly personalized, and had a warm, cozy environment. We felt like part of the family, and ate the best meal of our lives. Even an experienced cook would enjoy this cooking class, because of the nuanced gems that are offered. We brought our 12 year old daughter, and I know that this one day will inspire her for the rest of her life. We cannot recommend this activity enough-- strongly recommend.

    Fabulous vineyard tour in Lucca!
    We had such a wonderful time with Tommaso! We were a large group of 15 friends (adults and kids) and we visited two vineyards, with a lunch among the grape vines at the second vineyard. He was so knowledgeable about all of the wines in the region, and it was great to get an understanding of the wines of Lucca vs. other Tuscan wines. The vineyards were beautiful, and the lunch was truly amazing. Also, the driver was incredible - she guided our small bus through impossibly narrow streets and was also very energetic and nice. All of us had a great time - we recommend Tommaso and his team as strongly as we possibly can!!!

    We Love You, Lucca!!!
    We love you, Lucca!
    What a joyful day! We laughed and learned and feasted!
    Do not miss this experience! Lucca was an amazing guide and along with Camille we created an amazing meal.
    One word to the wise - our experience was planned to the second. There was not a set restroom break at the market and there is a 1€ fee to use the ladies restroom.
    There is only one restroom at the kitchen so plan your day wisely!

    Exciting trip to Carrara
    We had a great time visiting the Carrara quarries! The scenery is absolutely beautiful and the history of mining industry in that area was very interesting to learn about. Our guide was very knowledgeable (if a little bit rough). Very glad we did this tour

    Enjoyable way to see Lucca!
    Luca was our guide and did a great job showing us around the city. It was super easy to find him at the train station. The biking is leisurely with several stops to share the history and point out spots of interest. You stop in one of the squares for a nice charcuterie board and glass of wine. Then back on the bike to complete the wall and end with a delicious gelato. I highly recommend this tour as a great way to explore Lucca.

    A must-do
    My husband and I took this tour yesterday. It was the best experience we’ve had during our two-week stay in Lucca. The locale was wonderful, but the tour was 5-star because of the enthusiasm and expertise of our guide, Valerie! She took us off the beaten bath to show us spots that other tourists did not see and she made tailored the trip to our interests. I am online now trying to find another tour with Valerie. I don’t even care where we go - I know it will be top notch with Valerie as a guide. Thank you for this wonderful tour of a beautiful place with many hidden secrets that we were able to explore. And most importantly - thank you, Valerie!

    A wonderful way to see a wonderful city
    My wife, Lynn, and I had been in Lucca for a couple of weeks and had done some exploring of the sites on our own. So, when two friends of ours decided to come to Lucca for a few days to visit us, I arranged this tour for the four of us. We were all so glad we did. The tour was absolutely amazing. Marika, our tour guide, was great. She is very knowledgeable about Lucca and imparted this information in an interesting and fun format. We all learned a lot about Lucca, its many churches, and its fascinating history. We were able to see a lot more of the city than if we were on a walking tour. I highly recommend Marika’s horse drawn carriage tour when visiting Lucca.

    An amazing escorted day out
    Our tour guide, Valerie as thorough, charming and very knowledgable.
    Also a very good and experienced driver

    The who;e trip was a delight
    It's a long day but a fascinating trip

    San Gimignano is absolutely classical Tuscany, in a beautiful setting
    Siena sights and history also fascinating and of course the famous Piazza, amazing Cathedral etc

    Great narrative of Lucca.
    Our guide was great and skillfully provided a narrative in both languages. Our only concern was with trip advisor - we signed up for an English tour yet 11 of the 13 participants were Italian speakers. Again she did a great job. We enjoyed the tour immensely.

    Very Good Inependent Budget Option
    This is a good budget option if you are looking for transportation and touring independently. Nice comfortable buses. Their is a guide on the bus to provide maps, tips, and answer questions to set you off on the right path. The company was very responsive to email so that I knew where the closest bike shop was in Lucca and what time slot I needed to get for my Leaning Tower of Pisa ticket. Thanks Gaia!

    We used the same company in 2019 to go to Florence.

    Great introduction to beautiful Lucca!
    Highly recommended! Our kind and knowledgeable guide Antonella met us right after we arrived in Lucca. It was the perfect introduction to this beautiful medieval walled city. Antonella took us on a delightful walk to see the main sights and to enjoy delicious aperitivos and local wine. She shared the really interesting history of the area that prepared us for our next day of sightseeing! Highly recommended! The private tour provided a great opportunity to ask lots of questions and get to know our excellent guide!

    The Art of the Italian Apertivo with a Cesarino Learn and Enjoy in Lucca
    This is an excellent experience and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Marco and Maria are both very friendly and make you feel right at home. The appetizers are not only delicious but seem to be easy enough to try and make at home. The wine was great! We left feeling like we had made new friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our night. Thank you Maria and Marco for having us in your lovely home.
