Our tour guide, Gabriele, was absolutely amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and is so passionate about the tour. This is the second time I have taken this tour. Gabriele was the guide last September too and was the reason why I took my sisters with me again.

We had a great experience on this tour. Our guide, Margaret, is a fountain of knowledge and her enthusiasm for Florence is contagious. I love that we had 3 tours in one: Accademia, City Walking Tour, and Uffizi. This made the 3.5 hours fly by. Thanks to Margaret I have a much better appreciation for Florence and her many treasures. Highly recommend!

Tables of antiques and vintage items lined the walkways of Piazza Santo Spirito at the Sunday flea market when we arrived for our tour. We enjoyed browsing while waiting for our tour to begin. Our delightful guide, Eva (Evgeniya), welcomed our little group with Prosecco and spoke very clearly and knowledgeably throughout the tour. Living in the neighborhood, she knew area shop owners and greeted neighbors. Talking with group members as we drank and ate was almost as much fun as the tour itself! We visited a cheese shop and sampled Chianti, meats, and cheese its wine cellar, which was probably once the lower level of a monastery. At a bar, we learned how to make a good Negroni and later sampled a Super Tuscan wine, learning how to identify quality Chianti and Tuscan wine by labels We ate traditional Florentine foods, such as tomato-bread soup, wild boar stew, and spinach-ricotta gnudi at various stops. (I'm sure I'm forgetting foods and drinks because we tasted so many.) By the time we polished off our tour with authentic gelato, there was certainly no room for dinner. The evening was beautiful, with perfect, cool weather and a wonderful guide, Eva. Well worth the cost!

What an awesome experience. They do a really great job vetting capable drivers (even when guest's egos come forward); ensuring the safety of their guests. DARIO was so incredibly calm, patient and professional. He shared some interesting stories and came across as personal and sincere, versus pre-scripted like most tours/guides.

We went up into the hills of Florence and were able to view the entire city. Absolutely magical!

The lunch was very tasty and we were able to meet some great people.

Won't mention the name, but a coworker of his needs to work on his emotional outbursts and patience level towards guests and coworkers.

    Dario definitely saved the day!!!

Had a pasta class with Rita today and it was fantastic. Very informative and rita was more than happy to help guide us along the way. Making the extra effort to ensure we got plenty of photo opportunities along the way. Easy to find on the map and a great little taste of authentic florence.

    Highly recommend!!

It was a great day tour, a funny and knowledgeable tour guide, Alex, a great driver. My wife and I enjoyed it immensely! The countryside was jaw-droppingly beautiful, really beyond words! It was wonderful tasting wines at several wineries - along with crackers, cheeses, and salami. Alex and the guides at the vineyards explained everything about Chianti and olives and more. We had a wonderful lunch also. It was nice that there was only about 16 people. Easier to get to know the other traveler's. We cannot recommend this tour enough!

This was a great tour for our family. The tour guides were knowledgeable and entertaining. The stops on the tour were beautiful and included enough time to get a taste of each stop. The trains were delayed at times (not the fault of the tour guides or company) and the guides did such a great job managing the situation. We never felt like just a number on this medium size tour. The bus was comfortable and the boat ride was lovely. Enjoy!

Because we scheduled a morning walking tour for an overview of Florence, we didn't make it to the Uffizi until after lunch. Thank goodness we pre-scheduled this small group tour! The afternoon crowds trying to get into the museum were unbelievable! We easily met our guide at the appointed spot, and she got us in right on time. She was very knoweldgeable and did a good job of selecting and summarizing the highlights of the museum, its artists, and the history of the Medicis. We saw paintings by Renaissance artists such as Martini (Annunciation), Lippi, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Botticelli (Birth of Venus). She pointed out the Ponte Vecchio from a window and paused so we could all take pictures. We were especially grateful that she extended the tour just a bit to take us to the first floor to see Caravaggio's "Medusa" & "Bacchus." (We did have trouble hearing and understanding our guide, even through our headsets, due to the noise of the crowd and our guide's accent. Even a private tour with a native English speaker would've been hard to hear in that crowd, however. I think an early morning tour would be better, schedule permitting.)

A wonderful half day tour of the heart of the city, with two guided museum tours included,

I can’t remember our guides name, but he was a fantastic guide. He knew a lot of interesting details about the architecture, the art, and the history of Florence. He did a great job of getting us close to the big ticket items like the David, and works of Da Vinci and Raphael. There was also an hour in the square in front of the Palazzo Vecchio to eat and rest our legs before entering the Uffizi Gallery.

Great tour for the price, would highly recommend.

Guide was very knowledgeable. We learned a lot. Very interesting history that you don't experience in the classroom. Get information from the source where it happened.

I would recommend booking this tour! We wanted to climb the dome and it was a perfect way to do that with no waiting, learn more about the history, and get additional information on things to do/see in Florence.
